well i haven't had my car for 30 days yet. so far my coolant has been leaking. took it back to see what the problem was. no sign of a leak so they replaced my coolant cap which did not do anything. then told me that my trany fluid was bad so they suggested to change it out for the low cost of 398. this should have been done before they gave me the car. still waiting for second appointment. these guys wants me to drive 90km/way to their dealership without reimbursement for fuel for their maintenance. now I gotta take 2 vehicles for this appointment so I can leave my car and get back home.. so im just gonna leave this here without a rating. oh guess I gotta put a star.

I have been getting both my Ford Focus & Ford Escape serviced at Oakland Ford for many years. I am very happy with the ease of booking appointments and the quick service turnaround. I would like to recommend Michelle Fish who is an outstanding service advisor. Michelle is always so pleasant and easy to deal with. She is prompt and efficient and always makes you feel like you are her top priority. I would highly recommend Oakland Ford and especially Michelle Fish - a dealership is only as good as its people!!!!

Added today April 22 Every service advisor goes out of their to be helpful. Very helpful for older folks like me. Opening doors etc.
Because we live further away their policy of giving me a free rental car to return home and come back the next day is very helpful.

I met with a very nice lady named Janice who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She organized everything both with solid understanding and in a timely manner. She kept in touch updating me as the steps in the process were completed.
When the car was delivered she made sure that everything was explained that was necessary to operate the vehicle both safely and efficiently.
The financial and insurance obligations were also addressed and explained clearly and respectfully.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who was seeking a car.
