Came in with my dad to buy safety boots. My dad being the most indecisive person ever, luckily had the most patient person helping him. Owura went above and beyond to ensure my dad left with the most comfortable safety shoes. Owura was very knowledgeable, patient and kind, all while ensuring everyone in the store was taken care of. Staff like this makes you want to come back for business. Thanks again Owura!!

Ive been to this location twice so and each time has been a good experience. The staff are professional and they really know their stuff. Will come back again next year when I'm due for new safety shoes!

i went here with my boyfriend because he needed new work boots and we were immediately met with the best customer service from robert. he was tentative in listening to what my boyfriend was looking for while also offering advice. he was genuinely interested in helping instead of simply doing his job. i would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

Customer service experience great and choices many. Great, convenient store location in Oakville, Ontario. Purchased a pair of safety boots but contrary to what I've been promised, they did not Email me my invoice and official receipt.
