I cant express how much i appreciate the quality of service at the Dorval metro. Consistently.
Unmatched customer service and product knowledge and just over all care for the customer.
Today Jackson and Denise went above and beyond.
They deserve a huge high five for their time and efforts today to ensure the best experience possible.
Assets to the organization for sure

I just called this location 15 minutes ago to confirm that Terry Fox shirts were being sold at their location (I understand not affiliated with Metro) and I was told “yes they are out front” by an associate that acted like my phone call ruined her day!
I literally got to the store in 12 minutes and no table out front. I go inside Metro to customer service (ha) and what I’m sure is the same girl says “oh they gone!?!?”.
I truly wish the days would come back where people cared.
Please talk to your associates, they represent you and your Brand and today this one made you look bad!

Metro information updates on google maps is very misleading and often makes trips longer than they need to be, or stand in bus stops when I’m at the bus station itself such as Oakville Bus Stops.

Great grocery store and very organized some of the prices are cheap some of them expensive. Overall great store to shop.

This is a nice store in a great location. A large variety of grocery items. I would suggest placing a small coffee kiosk in this location. This mall needs a coffee shop for the customers.

Just hire cashiers if you are short of. It’s ridiculous when have to go to self check out for separate orders. And one of your associates was telling me to put items in bagging area despite seeing I couldn’t put all items in bagging area. Pathetic customer service.
