A few years ago I had my Mercedes sprinter’s exhaust system repaired there
It had to return there a few times to sort it out at a cost of over 6k
Recently it needed more work and I found out that they disassembled the exhaust system to get past the codes
It cost me several weeks of down time and over 10 k in parts
Terrible experience
I wouldn’t have them fix a wheel barrow

Not very good accommodation. They over charge and over price for everything. Got quoted 6500 before tax for a repair that multiple other mechanics quoted me 2500. They also said and I quote “even if we fix it we can’t guarantee it will drive straight” that’s a joke. I would not in fact come here. However if I was able to put 0 stars I would still give them 1 because they did pay for my Uber home after dropping my car off. It was only 8 dollars or less but still a nice gesture. Tina was pretty professional and I understand she is not the one doing the quotes so just wanted to give some recognition she did try to lower my cost (apparently). But again nothing was lowered. Also if you think the monthly payment option is worth it, it is not. Please don’t do this. They will say you’re only approved for 5000 the rest will come out of pocket. And by the way the interest rate is 27% which is worse than just going and getting a loan from your bank. Again please don’t use this place, if you do use this place, do it at your own risk. You were warned.
Reply: I was charged about 90 bucks for the inspection and no one offered to work with me in fact they said it was 6500 plus tax or nothing. Just the reviews you can tell these guys just lie. I have the bill for 90 bucks. Anyways, if I could now I would drop it to 0 stars. This reply they gave is just trying to save themselves.

Excellent service, was thinking of purchasing a used vehicle in Oakville, dealt with Tina, she said they will check over 50 items on the car - told me it was good but lot of rust underneath so decided to skip purchasing the car. Good advice, detailed report with pictures that helped me make an informed independent decision. Wish you had more locations in Scarborough or Toronto areas
