This is one of my favourite Home Hardware locations. The store is always neat and very clean. They have a wide variety of products, as well as an area for locals to sell their items. The staff have always been super friendly and very helpful. I just had a wonderful experience with a staff member today. He went above and beyond to help me feel like an important customer. Thanks Andrew!!! I highly recommend this location for all of your Home Hardware needs.

The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile. It was busy at the cash registers and the girls were great with each person. Helping with difficult returns, answering the phones and calling for someone to find items in the store. They have a decent outdoor garden area with good options. Got some great patio lights and planters. The parking was fine. I enjoyed being in a store that felt less like a mall and gave that personal touch.

Was able to find items here at a better price. Service was great. Guys that work here are helpful, efficient, friendly. Nothing bad can come to mind. For sure one of the better Home Hardwares around for my needs. Thanks guys

We love going to any of the local Home Hardwares, including this one! Great selection and prices. If they don't have what you want, they can immediately order it in and have it within days. The staff are helpful. Feels a thousand times more pleasant than going to one of those mega-corporation big box stores!

This Home Hardware location is out of the way for me, but I plan on making it my go to store for anything they sell. Not only are their prices way better but I was asked twice if I needed help. Whereas at the big box stores you don't get asked and can hardly find anyone to get help.I recently checked the price of a replacement rake handle at another store (HD) where the price was $22.49. Home Hardware's price was less than half. This is not the first time I have come across such a large price difference.

Poor customer service. I called Maplegrove on April 28 to find if they carried the Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 BBQ model. I was told they had to check with the Napoleon salesperson and would get by Monday. Waited till the morning of May 6 and call in again and left a message for both of the Maplegrove's staff who deal with Napoleon to call me back. To this day I have not heard back from them. Took my business to Goemans appliances and got excellent customer service plus a great price with assembly and delivery on a Prestige Pro 500. I guess I should be thanking Maplegrove for not calling me back since I got a better deal at Goemans.
