I had a wool coat that was too big and needed alterations. Their solution that made the coat double-breasted was absolutely brilliant. I also had an Aritzia full length down parka that needed re-sizing and they did a fantastic job on it. It is perfect. Highly recommended. Their customer service is tops.

After reading many promising reviews I decided to come to Lucy’s to have my wedding dress altered - I was very excited as the Ban and Eman were very kind. My dress needed to be taken in about two sizes and shorted. The dress was shorted perfectly, however I was shocked to find that they took the dress in too much to the point my zipper could no longer go up. We then had to covert the back style to adjustable lace up which I had to pay extra for, and still didn’t quite fit perfectly on my wedding day. I’m not sure what happened and maybe my dress was too complex, but very unfortunate experience.

They are amazing. I was a size 12 when I bought my wedding dress but gain some weight and now was a size 16 and they let my dress out and it fit me perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Ban and Eman are the best! They did an amazing job adding boning/structure to my dress. It lays flat but now holds itself up without straps. The bustle also lays beautifully. They worked well within my timeline and I never felt rushed at my appointment. I was given the time I needed to make sure everything was how I wanted.

It is one of the best places to get any service related to dresses for special occasions. As the mother of the groom, I had a special request to fit the dress at the last minute. With so much empathy and compassion, the dress was professionally done. I felt like a winner at the end. I strongly recommend Lucy’s Boutique!

Wonderfully friendly and fast service. Highly recommend for alterations. I could not find anywhere to alter a bridesmaids dress for an upcoming wedding and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday.

Dropped into Lucy‘s a few weeks ago for alterations to a dress to wear as a wedding guest. Both ladies are simply wonderful – attentive, professional - yet fun - and supremely talented at their craft. Incredible advice and attention to detail, their focus is entirely on you during the fitting - it’s like they want to get to know you better so they can customize the dress to your personality. I asked about a replacement rhinestone for the shoes I was wearing with the dress, and a few hours after I left the shop, received a phone call that they found the perfect replacement rhinestone, and then they coached me how to shape the stone to make it fit where it was missing on the shoe. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I walked into Lucy’s with a wedding dress I didn’t “love” and walked back out, with the dress of my dreams.
Truly these ladies know their craft, magicians!
Ban and Eman made me feel comfortable and reassured during the whole process, nothing was too much to ask.. and between us we redesigned my wedding dress!! They literally leave no stone unturned, every tiny detail is noticed, I never once felt pressured in anyway with any decision making. It was just over all a wonderful experience, I looked forward to my going in for fittings just to see them!
I couldn’t recommend Lucy’s more, I have the dress of my dreams thanks to these ladies.

I've come to Lucy's a couple times for alterations. The first time for a bridesmaid's dress and then the second time for my wedding dress. Ban is a very skilled seamstress and suggested ideas for my bustle, that I had not seen anywhere else, that would make it much less cumbersome and bulky. She is very knowledgeable, wants the best for her customers, and is willing to work with you to make things just right.

Ban and Iman are wonderful seamstresses and human beings. They make you feel like family and know how to shape a dressto make you feel and look beautiful. They also sell incredible dresses!!!
