This is my favourite grocery store in all of Oakville. It’s clean, organized and inviting. Produce is always fresh and well displayed. The Meat department is by far the best in comparison to meat departments in other grocery stores. It’s fresh and the quality is great but it’s the staff that make me want to come back. I want to give a shout out to Sharon, she’s friendly, helpful and she knows her meat! Sharon prepares my weekly order, it’s always accurate and ready for pick up upon my arrival. Overall, the staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Paulo the manager interacts with customers regularly and makes sure they’re satisfied, his customer service skills are excellent! I’ve never had a negative experience and will continue to shop at this Longos location.

If you go after 6 on a Sunday be prepared to be ignored at the pizza, or any other counter for that matter. I mean they do see you and look at you but they assume it’s someone else’s job to come over, you could stand there for hours literally

So expensive! Not sure why anyone buys anything here. It also stinks inside. Everything bought was much more expensive that the supermarkets I frequent and the selection was poor

On Saturday, James in the deli took the time to recommend us and let us sample various cheeses and meats for our charcuterie board! He was very knowledgeable and our guests loved it. Will be back again!

Waited at the meat counter this morning ... as the staff sat around and chatted.
Nothing was out in the aisle.
I had to leave to get to work.

Yesterday I was having a hard day and went to Longos to grab dinner. I had the best experience because of Meleana. Super friendly, kind and amazing customer service skills! She took care of helping me register my longos card and helped me with my purchase. I will be coming to Longos more after this experience ?????Maleana joon you’re the best!!! Keep shining love ?

Had my kid’s birthday party here and it was the hands down the most stress free setup. All kids made pancakes from scratch and fruit kabobs, decorated cupcakes to take home. It was a hit with everyone! Host Holly and her assistant Seth were most magnificent! They were super organized and kept the party running smoothly with over 15 kids.

Longos impresses with its inviting atmosphere, well-organized aisles, and courteous staff. The selection of fresh produce and specialty items is extensive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences.
While the overall shopping experience is positive, there are occasional lapses in inventory management, leading to out-of-stock items, and some prices can be on the higher side compared to other stores.
However, these drawbacks are outweighed by the convenience and quality Longos consistently delivers. With a bit of fine-tuning, Longos could easily earn a higher rating, but for now, it comfortably earns a respectable 4 stars.

They have live lobsters and offer free steam service if you buy the large one.
I bought 2 large one for the Dinner, it’s pretty good, but little bit pricey, other grocery stores normally seeking for $14 per pound.

A very nice, clean grocery store. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh and stocked. Not overly busy which was nice. All of the aisles and food sections were very neat and tidy. Whomever manages/owns this location runs a very tight ship.As it was my first time in a Longo’s I was quite impressed. It would be nice to have a store in my part of the Hamilton Mountain to give a little bit of competition to the local Fortino’s as their prices run a little high.Overall a very nice grocery store. The Starbucks adds a little Oakville flair much needed in Hamilton.
