The most amazing store, not only do the products make me feel pampered and it's great knowing where the ingredients come from, but the two ladies that work there Samantha and Nikita make your experience that much more personal and special. They are attentive and kind and are always there to help. Thank you lovely ladies for best experience! Will be back :)

The worst ever gift wrapping I have ever had at L’occitane 😠😠The ladies just stuffed the white paper tissue in the bag and put a sticker on it. Even with the white tissue paper sticking outside of the bag! When I came back to ask them to help me fix it, they were very inpatient. They open the sticker and stuff the white tissue in, told me that is most they can do. I asked for the blue and yellow tissues, they said they already gave the standard wrapping and refused to help. It lost all the exquisite and elegance that this brand name would bring to the customer. I have to say being shopping with this brand for almost 20 years all over the world, this is the most disappointing experience! I will never come back for this unreasonable and unacceptable service!

When I was picking out hand cream, the store clerk told me not to block her customers. I spent money buying products, so I guess I’m not one of customers? 🤷
If I stay in the same spot for over half an hour without moving, then that would be on me. In reality, I wasn’t standing there for long. When other customers came by, I made room for them too. Your staff is really mean to customers😅

The Oakville Store needs new management! Samantha does not like her job! She said that she has been there for 7 years! A bit too long. She does not enjoy the customer service!! Please Oakville hire a new manager!!

Letting l'occitane know about their canada post mail delivery, no issues with this retailer. Products are great. I have attached a photo of their latest promotion via Canada post that was delivered today, September 27th. Sadly, the promotion ended yesterday and was supposed to be delivered on or around September 18th as per the info on the card. Shame the promotion was over by the time this mail was delivered. You may want to let canada post know you did not get your postage worth from this mailing.

The girl working yesterday was amazing. Very soft voice, so calming, and so knowledgeable on products without being pushy at all. She gave me great insight into products that actually helped me decide what was best for me. I always love L’Occitane products and happy to shop at the Oakville store.

The ladies were kind to assist my needs to purchase certain lotions and creams and I was impressed with the attention to detail of the product they have in store. I bought a lotion for my mother and she loves it. I highly recommend this place!

Just went to this store today to buy some gifts. The store associate got impatient when I tried to switch a gift box with another(as the paper look crumpled ) while we were paying. She commented in a very rude way that "I don't understand they are all the same!" with a unpleasant look on her face. We were falling short of $6 amount to get the gift on $160 spend - She didn't even prompt us for that. I had to ask her specifically and then she replied. Not walking into the Lakeshore location again. Will shop at other store.

Disrespectful staff there. We just moved in Oakville and tryed first time last month the store. Both girls very rude. I tought maybe they had a bad day, it happends. Then i was again yesterday. Just popped in now to get a gift card for my son's teacher as I don't know what products she likes.Was told that the company is having a north American wide problem with issuing gift cards. Assistant was not forthcoming with info. I asked so when will it be resolved ...response - they don't know and apparently they don't issue a lot of gift cards! Wow very bad for business all around!Quite unbelievable actually...oh well, their loss.
