Fiona Song is my sales rep. She followed very closely with me during the entire process including sending me reminders of all the documents needed to pick up the car. She also kept her oral promises like referal fee, etc. I'm very happy that my friend received the refral fee today as she promised. If you want to find a trust worthy and a relianlble sales person like the Lexus brand, I highly recommend Fiona Song.

I have been in the market to upgrade my 2009 MB sedan to an SUV.
I looked at many SUVs – I needed something that would be reliable for many years to come. After I narrowed it down to 5 SUVs my mechanic said to go Lexus – no question.
On a whim and without appointment I stopped into Lexus Oakville. I told the young lady at the reception desk that I didn’t have an appointment and just wanted to see the difference between the NX and RX. She was very kind and said that Marcus Stefani would speak to me so I could see which one was best for me. Marcus greeted me with a big smile and when I told him I was looking only and probably not buying until fall. “Not a problem” he said- “Let me show you the difference between these 2 models”. He was generous with his time and knowledge and he didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed.
He suggested that if I wanted to buy in the fall, he would let me know when Lexus was running their specials.
In early fall, true to his word, he called and told me that Lexus was running a great special and that if I was still interested, he would be happy to go into greater detail with me.
From start to final delivery I was treated with patience, kindness and professionalism.
My experience with Marcus was exceptional and I am grateful to the staff that I dealt with when I brought my NX in for her first checkup.
Before buying, I did look at other brand dealerships but the positive experience at Lexus Oakville stood WELL above the rest.

Won't mention names, but had an appointment this morning to inquire and test drive, was transferred to another sales rep because the original rep was busy with other customers, fine... other rep had a few moments to discuss and provide some info, but the conversation was difficult, not sure she was listening or understanding what I was looking for. Asked to test drive, but she also had another appointment so asked me to wait half hour or come back later in the day to test drive. Did allow me to look inside of the vehicle, thanks. Because I said there were other dealerships that had similar vehicles I was looking for, she kept telling me that I could test drive at the other dealerships. Already booked appointment with them. Seemed like they didn't need the business. Maybe the other dealerships do, will try my luck there.
