I had an amazing experience at ROLEX Oakville, thanks to Farrah Viudez!?? She was incredibly kind and took the time to teach me how to adjust my first Rolex, making sure I felt comfortable with everything. "I was impressed through and through"
As an avid watch collector I really enjoy being able to walk into a retailer and try on an assortment of watches. There is nothing like seeing a watch in the "metal". Of course this drives some sales associates mad, as I hop from brand to brand trying to make up my mind on what I would like next in my collection. Not only did Vicki Brotto show me a huge variety of options, she did so while respectfully informing me, recommending cool and different options I had not yet considered with enthusiasm up until they closed. If you are spending some good money on a luxury timepiece or jewelry you will get the attention and respect you deserve from Vicki. I was impressed through and through, especially after being to many places that passively stand by impatiently expecting that you already know what you want and want to just complete a transaction.

I recently visited Knar Jewellery twice and both times the experience exceeded my expectations. Starting with the security guards at the front door, both were friendly and personable, explaining the process of entering politely.
Smiles and head nods greeted me by the Sales Associates who were busy with customers. It was hard to notice that the store was immaculate. Very clean and organized. By the time I got situated, another Sales Associate, Farrah, approached me with a smile and asked if she could help me. I had an appointment and Farrah checked me in and offered me a variety of refreshments. She took the time to show me many timepieces that I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable in the brand and each piece I was intrigued by. Farrah was able to guide me and offered good advice in terms of how the watches wore helped me narrow down my choices without being pushy towards any one model. She had great information regarding realistic availability, which was key in me making my final choice.
She also took the time to allow me to try on a couple other brands that I am interested in. Naturally asking to try "just one watch" turned into eight or nine, but I did not feel like I needed to rush or that I was taking up her time even though she was aware that I was not going to purchase the ones I was trying on.
I will definitely be going back to Knar Jewellery, to hopefully pick up and purchase the timepiece chosen and for other watches that I have my eye on. I'm looking forward to seeing Farrah again.
One more thing, this establishment has way more brands than you might think if you do not peruse the website fully. There is something for every budget, from Seiko to Rolex.

Dropped by yesterday on a whim since I was in the area, and I was greeted by Vick when I arrived. It's my first time at this store and was immediately treated with respect and courtesy from Vick while I was asking many questions in regards to some pearl necklaces, which transitioned to checking out all the watches that Knar had in stock. He was very knowledgeable in horology and gave me some knowledge he had in some of the time pieces, which I appreciated!
I didn't manage to purchase anything this time around but with Vick's great customer service and the exquisite selection of jewelry and watches at Knar I definitely will be back to purchase my next watch here.
**JULY UPDATE** Ended up coming back for some gorgeous jewellery for my fiance (now wife) for our big wedding day and Vick was very patient throughout the whole purchasing process when I was there. He showed me every piece I asked to look at and did not once rush me or made me feel obligated to purchase anything. He kept in great communication and allowed me time to think about it. After some deliberation, I purchased some delicious Messika jewellery for her which unfortunately was too big. However Vick made it work with the right size and even delivered it to our wedding venue on the day of! BUT It didn't stop there either, Vick knew I was also intrigued with a new timepiece to celebrate the occasion and he did not disappoint one bit. I'm loving my new watch and can't thank Vick & his crew at Knar enough for their help.
Hoping to celebrate more occasions and milestones with Knar!

My Rolex purchase started a year ago when I was invited by Vicki to visit Knar jewellery and view their collection of Rolex watches. When I arrived at the store all the employees were extremely receiving and helpful, the store was immaculate. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable about the models and was realistic about my expectations. She helped me decide on a model that both suited and looked great on me. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Vicki that my watch had arrived earlier than expected. I absolutely love my new Rolex and cannot thank Vicki and the staff at Knar enough for everything. I am definitely a return customer!

I purchased a Tudor Royale from a Tudor Boutique in August and soon noticed that the winding was stiff. Since the location was close to Burlington, I decided to visit them. A staff member, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, suggested that I claim the warranty to get it fixed. The watch was returned in three weeks and now works perfectly. Throughout the entire process, the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely consider them for my next watch purchase

So here we are
Last week,I was rushed out after it took me more than 45 minutes to get to the store to check some watches.
I was there at 5:20 and they were already taking things out when all I needed was 10 minutes to have a loom. It was so uncomfortable that i had to leave right away.
