Very poor customer service! The delivery service is not reliable! The customer has to keep calling all over again just to follow up for the deliver of the item that was already paid.When you call the customer service they seems to have no idea about what's going on as they said they are a third party and they will just direct you to call the delivery service which is also a third party. Seems like the management doesn't care at all! I wish I can rate negative zero as they deserve!!!

Most of the staff here don’t care about customer experience. I visited here couple of times and noticed that the staff members would just walk past, not really willing to help us find what we need.
They give a vibe as if they are just doing their job for the sake of doing. I’ve been to other furniture stores in GTA, and found the staff to be a lot more forthcoming.

Popped in to the clearance sale and ended up looking at office chairs. Chris, the warehouse lead, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me work though all the options and lots of good advice. Thanks Chris!

Jysk had a very big clearance event going on, and unfortunately, the store sold the last table. I was hoping to purchase. A gentleman named Chris, (store staff) was extremely willing to help us find another table from a different location. After calling 2 to 3 stores, he was able to secure a table and even offered to pick it up himself from Brampton to bring to the Oakville location next day (Which was most convenient for us).
Chris was not around the Oakville store the following day when going to pick up our table, and when we asked the other staff where he was, they said that that he was working at the Mississauga location today and that he drove from his home, to Brampton (to pick up the table), to Oakville (to drop it off), and then back to the Mississauga store to work for the day. We were so shocked to hear that he did all that driving to get us the table.
Chris if you’re reading this, we wanted to say thank you very much for going above and beyond, not only to find us a table, but also have it delivered to us the next day!! This was by far the best customer service we’ve ever experienced, thank you so so much, we are so grateful.
Oh and we LOVE our table!

Excellent customer service. Manager Donna obtained the product we wanted from another store and had a staff member bring it to Oakville. Friendly and professional.

Donna the store manager helped me make all the right choices and did all the heavy lifting all by herself. Jysk Oakville is now my favorite because of Donna, also, it has the most stuff compared to other locations in GTA.
