Had a wonderful experience purchasing a king size bed for my wife and I. Crystal, Quinn, and Sam were a pleasure to work with and the service manager James helped to make sure the bed delivery went smoothly. We get such an amazing sleep on the new mattress and can't wait to buy more pieces there. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Our 1.5 chair and ottoman just arrived. I am so happy !! Delivery process was seamless, guys were great and helpful . The experience at the store was top notch. This is the BEST furniture store hands down. Family owned. Unbelievable service & after sales service. They stand by their products. I think most manufacturers they carry are also Canadian. I have done my share of comparison of furniture companies and none can compare. They have all from mid range to higher range furniture. They’re simply the best!!! These couches in photo could be purchased from “other” furniture companies that will likely cost double…mine are down filled, heavy beautiful sold frame and made in Canada…I have many other pieces from them. All top notch.

We have been customers of Joshua Creek Furniture since 2018 when we purchased our table and chairs for our newly renovated kitchen. We were so pleased with the quality of our purchase and the customer service that was afforded to us, that it was any easy decision in 2022 to return to Joshua Creek when we decided to replace furniture pieces in our family room. This time around we worked with Joe and Sam. Joe helped us find a love seat that matched our existing pieces, and then Sam worked her magic with the fabrics, pillows, rug and artwork, that we instantaneously had a beautifully coordinated family room. So impressed with how easy Sam made all of our decisions for our family room, we decided to refresh our living room this spring. This time around Crystal assisted with the purchase of sofas and chairs, and like Sam, Crystal worked her magic with the fabrics, pillows, and rug that we were able to make our purchase within 0.5 hours. Both Sam and Crystal have an impeccable eye for color, experts in interior design, are extremely flexible, so easy to work with, and they intently listen to their customers' needs. We can't wait to see how they will help us accessorize our living room -- we know that the finished product will look fantastic! We highly recommend Joshua Creek Furniture, for quality, interior design expertise, and above all for their impeccable customer service. My husband and I are fans of Joshua Creek Furniture. We recently completed a large reno of our house and have started buying our furniture at this store. Our dining room set recently arrived. It is great quality and works so well in our modern house. The customer service provided to us by Linda and Jim was excellent. Our next project is to furnish our new family room at Joshua Creek. Can't wait!

We are repeat customers who have furnished several rooms in our home with Joshua Creek Furniture. Bought a bedroom suite recently. After a few months, a couple of drawers on a dresser started rubbing when opening and closing. Contacted the store and James came out to take a look. He spoke with the manufacturer who recommended they send the unit back for some minor adjustments. James arranged to pick up the dresser, have adjustments made by the manufacturer, and then returned it to our home. Outstanding customer service! We love the furniture and are delighted to experience such great after sales service. Highly recommend!

Joshua Creek is the best place for furniture. Skip the Big Box stores and go to Joshua Creek if you prefer fine furniture, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service was impeccable.
