I'm not impressed at all. I took my car here because I thought I had a puncture in my tire. They replaced my tire valve (or so they say) saying that this was what was leaking. They charged me 45$ to do one valve which is ridiculous. My tires continued to leak, took my car to my mechanic, who said that the valve was still leaking despite Jensen Tire "replacing it". So now I have to pay twice to fit the same problem. It was a waste of my money

Fantastic service. I forgot to mention the special nut needed to be put back on the one tire. The guy found it and did it. Just a little detail. I sure was greatful.

Great family run business. I was after good, but not expensive all seasons. Although there were cheaper brands (not made in NA) at CTC, Jensen's was competitive on price for NA made tires from a name brand.

I’ve been going to Jensen Tire since the beginning of 2019. Each visit has been great. Richard and his staff are very honest and professional! They really look after you here. They have the best prices for wheels and tires.
The service is clean, quick and very accommodating when you need work done!

Absolute class act, 100% recommend going to Richard and team.
Made an error on a quote that ended up saving me some money, but honoured the quote regardless without hesitation.
Can be easy to feel taken advantage of at some mechanics pushing things on you, not the case here.
Arrived, paid, got new tires put on rims, swapped tires, and stored tires all in less than 30 mins.

I suggested my daughter to have Jensen Tire do her seasonal tire change over this past fall. She recently had a flat tire, and when I went to replace the tire with the spare, one bolt was tightened way beyond spec that even when I stood and jumped on the breaker bar it would not budge. We had to have the car towed because even the tow truck driver couldn’t get the bolt off to a body shop which was a waste of time and money. The next time I bring my car to another place for tire service I’ll be asking if they torque to proper spec and if they use anti seize on the bolts. If the answer is no, I’ll be moving on to a shop that follows proper steps. So frustrating!

Came across this place when desperately needing new tires and their prices and service is unmatched. They were so accommodating when I walked in, have a great inventory, and super friendly. Their waiting room is also great with coffee and tea, and a massage chair that was too good!! They also have the sweetest greeter on site! Would recommend to anyone, and will be recommending to family and friends!

I didn't make an appointment to come to this store this afternoon to change the snow tires of special specifications. Unexpectedly, the receptionist received and explained them very seriously, and also helped to pack the old tires in the car. I was very happy with this experience.
