Our long search for sofa and chairs finally ended at Iconic Living. Excellent collection of design and fabric coupled with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff assisted us in making a quick decision. Dunia was an excellent and extremely knowledgeable salesperson who quickly understood our room configuration and requirements. She made great recommendations and we were able to swiftly zero down on our final selection. She also allowed us to carry few fabric swatches home so we could match the colour scheme.Having had a wonderful experience at Iconic Living, we would highly recommend this furniture store to others.

She has an incredible knowledge and expertise about the products.Whether we had questions about the material options, design aesthetics, or even the best way to care for our furniture, she was always ready with helpful advice and suggestions.What impressed us the most was her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Dunia is absolutely incredible! Absolute 5 star experience! The couch we had custom ordered wasn't delivered perfect and we called her and within days she had a team come by to take care of it and make sure we are completely satisfied!During our research we found so many options for custom furniture and realized they can all do very similar things, but they don't all have the same service!I highly recommend Iconic Living! they will stand behind their product, competitive pricing when it comes to something comparable, and the best service I'm yet to experience in this industry.Thanks Dunia and team!

We are so happy that we found Iconic Living. We got a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a couch from there, so we decided to check them out. Dunia, Barbara and Zainb were so welcoming and were very knowledgeable on fabrics, stains etc. We were looking for items that would be family friendly (we have 2 small children) but stylish and modern at the same time. They had several options to show us and treated us more like family than customers. We have returned several times since then and have purchased several items because of the feeling we get when we’re in the store.The products are excellent quality, Canadian made and built to last. The staff at Iconic are prompt with their communication, work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for and take care of you from beginning to end. They really go the extra mile.I would 100% recommend visiting them for your furniture needs.

Looking for a classy sectional was not an easy task for us!! We got the Elara sectional from Iconic Living for our living room and are extremely happy with it. Dunia and Tareq are super friendly and work very hard to make sure you get exactly what you need for your home. The quality of their furniture is great and the customer service is just excellent. When the sectional was delivered, we felt that a couple of cushions were not firm enough, and they were happy to have them replaced for us the next day or two. We highly recommend this store.

I never thought that buying a couch could be frustrating. After going to several outlets, I decided to go to Iconic Living and Dunia and the team were there to help. They definitely went above and beyond expectations and will surely go back to them for future purchases.

We recently returned to Iconic Living after we experienced an unforseen issue with a couch we bought over 2 years ago from them. Tarek and Dunia were wonderful in helping us resolve the issue with the manufacturer. They got a replacement piece for the couch no questions asked (and at no cost to us). They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy even though they could have just as easily washed their hands of it since 2 years had passed since the purchase. We were extremely happy when we bought our furniture from them initially and are now even more impressed with the level of service and their genuine desire to keep their customers happy. Keep up the great work Iconic team and thanks again for your help. Your new location is great... a little far from downtown Toronto where we are but definitely worth the trip. If you are looking for furniture pay them a visit!

Forget all those furniture stores on Dundas street, don't even bother looking if you want a quality piece. ICONIC furniture is a true gem of a store. Dunia and Jay are very knowledgeable, helpful and relaxed. There was no pressure to buy, they just show you what's available, explain the customization options, answer any questions and let the products do the talking. It was refreshing, particularly for this type of industry.I found the sofa I wanted but a little too large to fit in my space. Jay was able to completely redesign half the sofa so it would fit perfectly and incorporate features from other products that I wanted. I was delighted with the workmanship of this redesign. Now using the sofa for a few weeks, it's obvious that Iconic only sells excellent quality products.When it comes to the materials used it was a difficult decision made effortless by the expertise of Dunia. She has an excellent eye for design and helped me choose colors and materials that match seamlessly with my decor. These two are excellent at what they do. Plus, they are super nice people to work with. It did not feel like those commissioned sales stores on Dundas street.Even though a redesigned sofa would take more time to create, it still came two weeks early. Dunia was kind enough to accommodate my schedule for the delivery too.In conclusion, Iconic is among the best in the business. I'm extremely happy with the complete experience. I see a future where most of my furniture comes from Iconic.Thank you Jay, Dunia and the team at Iconic for the excellent experience. I'll surely be back for more!!!
