BE AWARE!!! I had the most terrible experience with this company. I got my car back after 2 months (every week they told me to come back after 2 or 3 days and same answer I got every time for 2 months) and it was in a very bad condition. Scratches all over the car. They told me they had painted the car and that didn,t happen. They broke the door and they did not even bother to repair it. When you try to ask them what happened they are being very rude. Don,t you ever go to this company!THE WORST

Horrible.....Please do not take your car at this place, I took mine when i was in an accident recently and got it back after 9 weeks. Unprofessional and irresponsible staff, no values of time and people. I had horrible experience with 3D collision. If you take your car there you won’t get it back for 2 months for sure, mine was only bumper replacement which took more than 2 months. Worst service I have ever received in my life so far ?????????????????

This was the worst experience ever....please do not take your car here...if I could give 0 stars I would . My car has been in the shop for 2 months for a bumper repair and I was taken advantage of action tow truck driver and he took my car there. Now it is Christmas Eve I have 2 kids and no car because they are holding my car hostage till they receive the cheque from my insurance company...and they took my rental car back.

I"m torn about this place. They did end up doing the job, but after 2.5 months and the most awful, poor communication. My insurance person who was dealing with them would call them every other day, email them and text and maybe received two callbacks in the two and a half months. One of the two times that I got through to them, the lady I talked to at the desk told me that they had been calling my insurance person "religiously", and that was a complete lie. My insurance lady was pulling her hair out and once I had to drive to the shop at night to look for my car to see the status of it since we could not get anyone to ever call us back. Just awful service from that standpoint. So very frustrating. Oh, and the tow truck guy who convinced me to take my car there after my accident, told me they would wave the deductible if I used them. That was another huge lie.

a month ago Very good costumer service, good staff and good management. I had experience with Fix Auto in the past, and they are not even comparable with 3D Collision. Totally suggest this place. Outstanding consumer service. Very very rare in Canada. Honestly! Well done guys, keep the quality and I'm pretty sure your business will never go down. The quality is unbeatable.

short things to tell everyone dont take your car here for collision repair.if you take your car you get it back after 2 months always say part on back order (manager/owner) not on site whenever you you call stay away

I really give this auto shop NO STARS (but wouldn't let me!) My friend was in an accident and she got her car towed to 3D collision as they were closest to the accident site. However 3D collision is not recognized by her insurance company. When my friend went to get her car. they advised they will not release her car unless she pays them $2500. They also didn't let the insurance adjustor on their property to assess the car. 5 weeks later, My friend is still carless. I feel not only are they praying on someone in a vulnerable position but they are trying extort money and profit from it. This is heartless and they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

351 Main St East #B Hamilton, ON Canada L8N 1J4 They don't stand behind the work a month later my bumper fall off and they try and tell me I hit something and I know I didn't. Where they put the screw in the hole is still in tacked. so I feel they but the screw in and they forgot the nut and the screw fell out and when i was on the hwy half my bumper blew off. When i called them they told me they only stand behind there paint job not there workmanship. Do not let the tow tow truck driver to take there because they get a cut from them. they took for ever for me to get my car back.

I can't say enough good things about 3D Collision, I was in an accident and they came highly recommended to me by a friend. They called me and updated me about everything they were more in touch than my insurance company and they were willing to answer and help with any and all questions I have had. I would recommend them to everyone! They were kind, fast and honest.

I could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship and service I received from Darrel and staff of 3D Collision. They were able to repair my van within a week of first contact, and even detailed it inside and out to perfection. You can't even tell where the repair happened, the paint matching is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting first class body work done.

Aaction took my car there with no authorization. 3D Refused to release car to insurance company. After "Mike" (body shop manager) straightening everything out with me. They told my insurance company 'no one by that name Mike works here'... called back again, they told me my insurance company is trying to 'rip me off' I once again told them to release.. AND THEY SCREWED AROUND adjuster again!! DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO. They will try to charge you a releasing fee, impound fee and towing fee.
