Absolutely terrible experience, the workers were nice but the manager had the biggest attitude and was very condescending. That is nothow you do business, don’t ever come here if you want to be welcomed or be treated with respect and kindness. Will never come back here absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store

Great place for all your vitamin and supplements needs. The staff are very helpful. Whenever my naturopath prescribes something, I give them a call before I drive over and they set it aside for me.

I have been dealing with Hooper's for years now. It is a 5 star place...staff is very friendly and informative. they always recommend the right product to me. I never regret getting anything from them. They are honest, transparent and very very very friendly. Kudos to them. Thank you dear Hooper's staff for a job well done. cheers

I have decided to change my review based on my last experience at your store. Just wondering if you have changed management, or maybe the pandemic has made a dent in staff morale? I interacted with a very entitled employee, who gave me a lot of attitude in maybe 30 seconds or less.One thing is trying to support medium-size businesses in our community, and a different one is having to deal with staff having a bad day. I'm taking my business somewhere else where we can do simple transactions without poor manners.

We buy all our vitamins and health supplements here and cant think of a more personalised experience and a nicer bunch of people. A big shout out to Diana and Rebecca (you should start riding, Rebecca. Dont return the jacket!)

Lots and lots of products,Been hear over the years and the female owner gets worse every time. Takes any disagreement as personal and told me she wouldn’t argue with me because I didn’t want the product she was trying to sell me that I did not ask for... Sometimes I have off days and take things personally (but I don’t act on them at work), I was polite to the passive aggressiveness, but did led to I a customer feeling pressured to save face with a Witty remark because she was so entitled to blaming me for her perception of a two seconds disagreement as an argument... I told the other employees I thought it was rude because I was shocked at my own reaction, it’s not my job to make the store owner more happy when I disagree....honest hit or miss because if you don’t offended the lady owner she wont be rude to you but other wise, know she has no issue with being rude to costumers...honestly a great reminder to always work my boundaries
