“I just bought furniture from the which was delivered yesterday. They put some kind of protective coating and polished it and the wood looks gorgeous. The delivery guys were very careful not to damage anything and were friendly. I could not wish better product condition and the whole experience dealing with Robin and the delivery guys was very pleasant.”

“First time being in a Hallmark and when I reviewed service from a nice young lady named Michelle she really cared about my experience there, especially with my last minute shopping. I brought items. From a different store but I needed a card and a gift bag for my items. She then took the items I had from a different store and packed it very well for me before I left the store. I've never had anything packed this nicely and it made me very happy she took the time to provide excellent customer service.”

“Bought most of our furniture at this location (and Burloak) over the past two years. I always found their sales associates friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is great, issues were always resolved to my full satisfaction.We really like the style of their furniture although the build quality of some items is questionable. They are always willing to stand behind their products, which has kept me a loyal customer for the past 3 years.Mixed experiences with their white-glove delivery service.”

“I was at the store on Burloak on Friday evening and I had the PLEASURE of being served by Karim, this young man was an absolute pleasure to meet, he approached me when I walked in and asked if he could help me, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and an amazing young man. I wanted to buy a lounger and he called to have someone come to the front to look after the cash so he could take it to my car for me. In the short time I was in the store I got to get to know him.
