The staff refused to honour the listed price, no store or no business ever does that. But they chose to do this. Very disappointed, avoid this store

I had been to the store and from the listed price I bought few items, at the counter I was charged a different amount. I told the lady at the counter that the price is listed with a different amount, she checked and confirmed yes but refused to honour the price stating the $ value is high of the actual product. I have never had such kinda experience where the listing price is not honoured. I did mention you should honour it, she said No, and asked to come see a manager next time. There was no manager at the store too!! I would never visit this store again.

I'll never forget the covid times here, I use to spend so much money here and would always be followed around the store so closely when it was clearly unwanted. They have odasity to send text messages about savings to this day. Miss the money inwas bringing to you? Trust me I found way better with cheaper prices. Rude people you are.

I live close to this location but would rather take the time to drive to the location on Dundas and 403.
I wasn't aware they closed at 8 and came in at 7:52 just to grab something quickly.
The workers were so rude and I was apologize profusely. I was told they were only cashing people out for "5 more minutes".
However there were a couple more people in the store still shopping. The workers also kept saying loudly "how tired" they were
I get it that they were closing soon but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and was actually sorry about the inconvenience but they were just very rude. I won't return to this location.

I've been going to Healthy Planet for years. Last week, I tried to order online because of a sale they were having and tried 3 times. It kept starting over. I gave up and went to the store the next day. I told them what happened, and they honored the online sale.

The worst customer service that I have seen in years! Staff have a total lack of awareness & professionalism and to simply add insult to injury, they inconsiderately make customers wait in line for NO logical reason (the store was not even busy) and I can certainly understand why. This was my first time visiting this establishment & it will definitely be my last. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their sheer lack of business acumen & etiquette was truly obnoxious! Shame on HEALTHY PLANET & their incompetent management team.

I enjoy going to Healthy planet on Dorval drive. They have a huge variety of vitamins, food supplements and organic products. Prices are reasonable too
