It’s unfortunate when I wait passionately to talk to an associate, then when I do and ask the price of the item I’m holding is correct. I get a sarcastic laugh and told “that’s just the price of the holder” and get the item that was not priced ripped out of my hand and told in an extremely rude tone “I will be pricing this now”. I was ready to purchase the item and the holder, but never even got the chance to due to their mistake. I should have got the the item for the price that was shown $6.99 because that is what was shown. Instead of reducing the price for their error I was not even allowed to look at it. That is pure false advertising and what is making shopping online around the time much easier. Very disappointed!

Walked out after seeing a young man get sworn at by a blonde older woman who may have been his boss. If this is how your store is run I will not be coming back here.

First time being in a Hallmark and when I reviewed service from a nice young lady named Michelle she really cared about my experience there, especially with my last minute shopping. I brought items. From a different store but I needed a card and a gift bag for my items. She then took the items I had from a different store and packed it very well for me before I left the store. I've never had anything packed this nicely and it made me very happy she took the time to provide excellent customer service.
