What ever happened to first come first serve? Sat alone in the waiting room for 10 minutes after giving my personal info (full name and phone number), then got bumped when a guy and his 3 kids walked in, was expected to wait 45min for a 15 minute trim…Glad I got out before giving them any money. I won’t return.

I check in via the App, always ready to go by the time I get there, they take note of my preferences for a haircut so it doesn't matter which of their friendly hairdressers take care of me they all know exactly what to do with a minimum of fuss.
