Great grocery store! Everything is almost farm fresh - Ultimately it's a grocery store, so there is always some stuff that's on the verge of perishing. So, keep an eye out for the good stuff.
Their in-house kitchen and ready-made foods are amazing too!

Pretty down to earth staff who are polite, accommodating and looking to help you out. They don't seem to be jaded like what you can easily find in some other grocery stores.
There are some unique vegan options that taste really good like the Farm Boy brand cheeses where other vegan options taste like plastic.
One of the things I appreciate a lot is that mark down items are still good for another day or two rather than marked down the day they are due like some other grocers. This, in theory, reduces food waste as it gives consumers the option to acquire something that does not look like it's already going bad.
Tried the premade Thanksgiving meal and it was really good food. Bird is pre-cooked so it's a 2 hour reheat. Sides of carrots, Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were devoured.

Honest feedback from a loyal customer.
I'd like to say that Farmboy is my daily stop however, it hasn't been the case since I observed that their entire daily fresh section is deceiving.
From the bakery section to the meals for one/ family to the sushi and sandwiches. All share the same sad story. THEY ARE NOT PREPARED FRESH DAILY.
If I have to pay Farmboy full price for a meal that is 2-3 days old, I think someone needs to consider the fresh food business seriously.
None of the items post a day should be on full price or even on thr shelve for that matter.
Its like going into Timmys for stale donuts, does anyone know of it? Then why should we go to a fine foods store and buy stale goods?
I am very disappointed and wanted to connect with the manager about this practise which is not only deceiving but very disheartening at the same time. Farmboys logo says - its all about the food. It would be nice to implement - DAILY FRESH
If you say it - do it. Not returning until I see fresh food daily or marked down for previous days clearances. Its good food at the end of the day or nothing at all.

Heard about Farm Boy, but had never gone to see it until a friend had invited me to have a cup of tea and the most delicious Portuguese Tarts. I asked where she bought them, and she said Farm Boy. Well, I was sold and a couple of days later had to go and check out the store.I was so impressed. So clean, nicely laid out. Great varieties of products. Good prices, friendly staff. Great bakery and, of course the Portuguese Tarts. I just also love the atmosphere of the store, so I am now hooked, and Farm Boy is my place to go.

Always fully stocked and has attractive displays full of interesting products. I always end up spending way too much money when i visit, but the quality is great!

Brandon was so accommodating and helpful to process an exchange for me, no difficult questions asked. I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but the customer service is exceptional with all their employees! It is like their corporate culture. I love Farm Boy, thanks, Brandon!
