We were just recently married at LaSalle park in Burlington. The venue itself was of course beautiful but the service we received from Zorka and her team while planning our wedding was very mediocre and not easy. It’s almost like they forget that we don’t plan weddings everyday and forget that this is the most import day of our lives and just deal with it like it’s not their job. Our tasting for the food was extremely impersonal. It was a huge event with about 50-60 other couples all choosing their foods with only Zorka there to answer questions so you could hardly have any of her time. The food was presented in a buffet style and you had to go find the food that matched the package you selected. My wedding wasn’t going to be buffet style so I had hoped they would serve us the same way they would at the wedding so we could see it in action. Nearing the end of the planning we had a final meeting with Zorka’s assistant as Zorka had to cancel on us. We were assured that zorkas assistant would be the one to be at Lasalle the day of the wedding to help with little things like opening the doors for me to walk down the aisle with my dad. About a week and a half before the wedding I was trying to contact her for our final payment and we received and automatic message from her email saying she was no longer with edge hospitality. I spent all day trying to reach Zorka with no answers. The next day someone else reached out to me to say they were the new girl. Okay, fine but now no one was at Lasalle on the day of the wedding. There was someone that introduced herself to me and offered to open doors but wasn’t around when the time came and she was serving us so I’m not sure that was even her job. We went the day before to set up and no one was there to meet us. We had to go in through the staff door to find kitchen staff upstairs to let us in. The floors were filthy and obviously not vacuumed from the last event.All in all, it was an affordable wedding venue and very beautiful. If you don’t care to have all the details of you wedding day, if you don’t care about bad customer service, go with them. But I wouldn’t deal with them again for another event, even for the beautiful locations.

We were married at Paletta Mansion this summer. The venue itself is beautiful, however the customer service has been terrible. While planning our wedding a timeline, and a contract was discussed in detail and drafted. This included the bride and groom cutting the cake, and then the staff would cut the rest and distribute. This is pretty standard for a wedding. During these discussions prior to the event I did stress in person and in email multiple times how important our cake cutting was to us. The day of the wedding when my husband and I went to cut our cake, the staff had already cut it and we found it laying on a table in the siding room buffet style. I did not even see my cake before this. We are very upset about this as our cake was expensive, and we have now missed out on this very special moment which is priceless.I did not want to let this ruin our day so we chose to discuss this with management after our wedding was over on another day. When I emailed the events manager They apologized but ultimately blamed it on us and said the staff waited for us for 45 minutes and then decided to cut it. When I told her we had received our photos back and there is time stamped photos proving the cake was cut before the time outlined in the time line and this was simply not true, it was then that the staff were just trying to keep up with service. I was then told that the pictures of the cake cut up are nice, and the cake was still enjoyed. Basically acting as if it’s not big deal. Unsatisfied with the lack of responsibility and acknowledgment of this huge error in the wedding industry, I requested to speak with the director of the company. I have been refused his contact information and no one further will speak to me.Our contract also included an on site event coordinator who left after our ceremony. We have also never been given a reasonable explanation as to why this happened.

Edge Hospitality has been amazing as we planned our event. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule and Edge Hospitality was amazing throughout the process. They worked with us while we figured out what to do. They were understanding, supportive and very kind while working with us. During the event, they did everything possible to make it perfect. Our event took place at Paletta Mansion, which is a beautiful location for any event. Thanks to the amazing staff, our event will be unforgettable. Thank you Edge Hospitality!

I am not sure who gave these people the contact to manage these facilities. They don't respond and they do not care. The only responded once despite our many many attempts to contact them by email or by phone. We were trying to book La salle facility but we can't because over the last 2 weeks we only received 1 email and return of phone calls. The City should scrutinize who their contractors are.

This company is only concerned about their own needs and not the needs of their clients. During a global pandemic they were extremely uncompassionate or flexible in refunding any of their client’s funds. Of course they would change the contract so that it suited their needed to still have your event even if it is completely different than what you planned with them. Very poor customer service, consumer beware.

Edge Hospitality does not care about their clients. During a global pandemic all they were interested in was keeping all of their clients money. They would rebook, change the contract to suit their needs, however the consumer is not allowed to to make any changes. We even offered to pay for their "costs" up to a few months in advance of the date, however they would only accept giving a credit or re-booking. Very poor customer service! I will never deal with this company again and would certainly caution anyone dealing with them in the future! very disappointing!

Horrible food was served at my wedding. We even went in for a second tasting and they got it terribly wrong in every way possible.
