Very very arrogant, rude, inconsiderate customer service at dollarama. I was telling the cashier not to scan 1 item and she did it. She's telling me that she can't return the item once scanned. This store they steal, cheat and you have to wait for long time to pay for items. They sell fake stuff toys not working reallybrokenin the box. They are stealing from people.

Horrible Horrible, I purchased a $100 Amazon gift card of them after awhile my friend that I had given the card to him told me that it shows this card had already used , I went to the store for claiming it, not also the customer service was awful but also when I sent an email to head office to refund my money they emailed me that they will not refund my money, It is a clear teft, It is disaster, I paid $100 dollars for a gift card that has $0 credit , I have all the emails and documents, I am waiting for their answer if they don't answer I will Sue them in the court because it's a real teft and they are irresponsible and it is awful

**Rude Staff**
I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the behavior of the staff. One of the employees (elderly Spanish speaking woman) confronted my three-year-old child for bouncing a ball before purchasing it, in an extremely rude manner. While I understand the challenges of dealing with energetic children in stores, there was no excuse for the employee's aggressive attitude towards a young child.
When I tried to address the situation and requested to speak with the store manager, I was met with further rudeness and refusal to provide me with the manager's name. This lack of accountability and professionalism was concerning.
It's unfortunate that some of the staff at the store do not understand how to treat customers with respect and dignity. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training and customer service practices.

Horrible location.Staff are rude, the self checkout requires staff for almost every transaction.For some reason the staff told me to step aside and then start handling all of my stuff like I was stealing.Dumped everything and got out as fast as possible.There are too many locations to waste my time and money at this particular one.Managers need to train their staff better to be polite and not come off judgemental and rude.What a shame...
