I recently had a very good experience at “Complete Auto Body & Collision” which made a very bad situation, of someone badly damaging my car, turn out better than I could have imagined!
As I couldn’t drive my car “Complete Auto Body…” got me a rental car very fast and they had my car less time than originally estimated!
I got my car back in excellent condition and the workmanship is so good it’s hard to believe how the car looked when it was brought in!
I believe “Complete Auto Body…” went beyond what was required for my car and I am very grateful…

Can’t comment on the work they do, but I was sitting under a tree in the shade on a curb waiting for my vehicle and owner almost backed into me and was rude. There were plenty of other places to park.
Edited- I wasn’t waiting for my vehicle from your shop, which is why I can’t comment on your work. I was, however, escaping the direct sun under a tree while I was waiting to get my car from the impound behind the building. It takes zero effort to be kind and let someone sit in the shade, as opposed to backing a car right up to the curb I was sitting on. There were plenty of other spaces available. When I told you I was sitting there, you said ‘I own this building and I need this spot,’ there was nowhere else for me to wait in the shade. So no. You won’t have record of me. Nor will you ever, as I do t deal with people who go out of their way to be mean.

Best service ive had in a business in a very long time, the staff are super friendly and professional. They made the whole experience seamless and easy for me i cannot thank them enough for the great work they did in repairing my car and helping with the process along the way
In the future i would only trust them to give me the best service. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for good quality service to their vehicle

Highly recommend, for honest opinion. I had scratched the bumper of our brand new car taking out of the garage. Went to two other places and they quoted me large sums of $1,500 to fix it, and wanted me to leave the car for 3 days.
My husband had good experience with Vito in the past with the earlier car, so decided to go there for a second opinion. As soon as he looked at the car, he came out and told my husband that there was nothing major. He quickly cleaned and buffed the bumper to a brand new state in a couple of mins. He refused to take anything. My husband was completely surprised by his honesty and transparency. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my car here last year, recommended by my friend's dad as he was familiar with Vito. Insurance company gave me other locations to go to, they did not list this one. I checked the reviews for the other locations and I was afraid to bring my car there because they had a lot of negative reviews. I asked the insurance company if complete was on the list and they said yes thankfully.They did a really good job making the repair, and the car was returned to me in mint condition. It honestly looked like the car was detailed when they returned it to me, I was very happy. Will definitely return if I have any issues with my car in the future.I'm a very anxious and paranoid person ?, but I felt very comfortable bringing my car here. You should too ?
