Going in person is fine, however they have a significant lack of teller staff most times. It seems they never answer the phone, and when I call to ask questions on the general CIBC line, they advise me to call my branch, which again, never answers the phone.

This branch's financial advisors are terrible to work with. The worst experience was that Ali Razi wasn't a professional manager.
