This store changed my life! I've never had a bra fit me so perfectly before. Priscilla was excellent, she was so patient and took the time with me to help me find my perfect fit. Can't recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience today!!! I had no idea what would properly fit me and the associate helped me find the perfect size and brought me tonnes of options to try on. She was kind and attentive and so helpful! I left with 6 comfortable bras and I'm so happy ?

Love, love this place..a bit pricey but great quality! Great sales people, extremely helpful. Highly recommend going there for all woman who have a hard time shopping for bras due to size.

I used to love this store, but had an incredibly disappointing experience today that I had to share. I am down to one bra and desperately needed new ones. I came in as I roughly knew my size but wanted to be resized. The employee ignored me for the first 7 min I was in the store. She was clearly talking to someone she knew as their conversation seemed more personal than professional and went on for the entire time I was in the store. When she finally asked me if I wanted a change room, she asked my size and said I had grabbed the wrong size (normally they help me grab the right ones). She did not offer to resize me even though I mentioned it had been a while. She did offer to go look for something in my size as all of the ones in my size are in the back. She came back and gave me one bra and said that was all that she could find. This has never happened to me, I am often given 3-4 choices.She then went back to talking with her friend. The one bra she gave me was not the right size (I did need to be measured) but she was still talking with her friend and ignore me. I got changed and left.I won't be returning. There are hundreds of stores that fit A-C cups and only a few that fit bigger sizes. The reason I go to Change is for those bigger sizes. If your employees are not willing to even look for me (because my size isn't out on the floor) than you don't deserve my money.

I had a lovely experience bra shopping today. I missed the sales associates name but she’s a brunette and was wearing a blue top, around 3-4pm?I have never been fitted before and I needed a specialty size. She was so sweet and so attentive. I don’t usually leave reviews for retail stores but her customer service was amazing. Because of her I will definitely be a returning customer.

The employees here are so helpful and knowledgable about good bras. I was helped for more than an hour by a very nice employee (I believe her name was Sara) even during the Black Friday rush. She helped me pick out several bras with a 28" band which are impossible to find in other stores. I can't believe how great the new bras are on me and I will never go back to any other store.

Finally found a place with my size! There is good coverage and even some pretty styles. Only 4 stars because there are some awkward lines on the cups but I guess it is needed for the larger cups... Can’t comment on longevity of the pieces but can update.

Incredible experience! I've always felt I was wearing the wrong bra size, but I'm on the thinner end and most stores don't carry band sizes lower than 32. Please go here if you're in the same shoes---- they carry 28 bands (60 in European sizes)! The fitting experience was just wonderful; Maria was so surpassingly kind and wonderful. She measured me to get my band size then brought several cup sizes to see which one was best. I always thought it was normal to be able to see the bra lines through a shirt, especially the top edge of the cup--- when Maria fitted me in the right sized bra, you couldn't see any bra lines at all! I will be purchasing all my bras from this store from now on, and I highly recommend everyone to check it out.
