I had an excellent experience at this well run car repair location. The car door of my Nissan Pathfinder had to be replaced so the team coordinated their efforts to efficiently find a new door, matched the paint perfectly and calibrated it with no issues. I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication and transparency. thank you very much.

Chose Budds to do the repairs on my Tesla after an accident and was pleased with their service. They kept us in the loop for all stages of the repair and when anything changed we were notified. I felt at ease knowing they were responsible for the repairs, will definitely be using them for future needs.

I had two cars repaired at Budds Collision in Oakville and the service was excellent. The rental place right next door makes it also very convenient for drop off and pickup.

Budds repaired my truck after a not at fault accident and took care of everything. The repairs look great - as if nothing happened. Allie was fantastic to deal with and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend budds to anyone in need of their services.

My insurance company suggested Budd’s but I was happy with the work! They were very communicative and helpful - they even set up my rental car for me which made life easier. I would definitely use Budd’s again in the future.

Great experience with Budds Collision Services and Wes. He walked us through the estimate and what needed to be done, called us with updates, finished our car earlier than we expected, and our car looks like new! Thanks Wes and team.

Edit2: The disappointment continues. Calling customers liars when they present the facts. If you're considering this shop, be warned. They will slander your character if you speak out. They won't tell me what panels they "adjusted". Some words trimmed from original review to fit.
Edit: Quite the change in tone from Budds. The manager at Budds called me 3 times between Mon and Tues Sept 9/10 to offer to make this right. She was even going to pick up my car and drop off a rental. They wanted to make it right, but I said I needed a few days to decide. Obviously that window has now closed.
In terms of Budds allegations, I had some warranty body work - mostly PAID for by Tesla - done at the shop Tesla send me to and paid for. There was one small adjustment that we saw at the shop when I dropped off the car that I paid for myself to avoid having to bring my car back and be without it for a few more days.
My vehicle was dropped off at Budds Aug 6, called for first pick up (panel sticking out and bumper trim detached) Aug 16. They kept the vehicle from then until late in the day Aug 23 (when I had been told Aug 20). I noticed the paint issues at home just after pick up (on the 24th) and emailed them right away. Went back on Mon 26th, was told it was something with the clear coat and they needed 4 more days. I needed the car that week, so drop off was Tues Sept 3, pickup was Fri Sept 6. I would have been happy if it was 5min fix
I never demanded that all the panels match, just the panel that they installed be installed correctly. All the rest of the panels were fine. I did not want any other panels touched, it is an absolute falsehood to say that I asked for that. I certainly hope they weren't touched.
Original:If I were the manager of Budds, I'd call a meeting with all my staff and ask them one question. Are you purposely trying to tank our business, or simply incompetent?
I had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle backed into while parked on the road. With some damage to the front fender over the driver side wheel, I filed an insurance claim to get it fixed.
I was looking for an easy experience - drop off my car, pick up a rental, drop off rental, pick up my car - so I went with Budds as they are in my insurance company's network so they would handle everything.
I called to book an appointment and since they were booking a few weeks out, I told the receptionist I would call the other guys and see if I could get in sooner. She made an unprofessional comment about the other company in town wishing me luck with them. Little did I know I'd need some luck going with Budds.
After talking to insurance, I decided it would be easier to wait for Budds.
I brought my car in, and the start of the process was smooth. They called me about 10 days later to pick up my repaired car on a Friday.
The panel they repaired was sticking out a few mm from the body and not flush (can even be seen in the photos). The panel gap was absolutely terrible. On the opposite side of the vehicle, the bumper was detached from the wheel trim. Liana said "it must have happened in the car wash". The whole experience was insulting to anyone's intelligence. They tried to pass off terrible work as complete when clearly it wasn't. I left the car there and was promised it would be fixed by Tuesday but the car wasn't ready until that Saturday. I picked it up, and upon inspection I found damage on the front driver side door (that they had repainted as part of the repairs).
It looked like left over adhesive, but when I brought it back, it was poorly applied clear coat. They needed another 4 days with the car to fix it.
Ultimately they needed 3 tries and 22 days to fix the damage - half of that time was fixing what they didn't do right the first time.
Budds quality control is incredibly poor, they have no respect for their customers, no pride in their work. Stay away fro
