What a disappointment! I just got back from there and couldn't wait to give my review. I found the floor a bit dirty, but that's okay. Maybe the restaurant was busy before. My husband and I ordered a pizza. I had to ask for plates and cutlery because they brought the pizza before setting the table. We finished eating and no one came to clear the plates. We ordered dessert and still the dirty pizza plates remained. No one cleared them! The dessert arrived and the waitress placed the dessert plate next to the used plates. Terrible service!!!! Stay away. There are much better options nearby.

Food came cold, didn't taste fresh. The burger was likely frozen and just put together. The pizza was decent but there was just an overall lack of care with the food. The server would disappear on the other side so it was difficult to get things. BP quality seems to be dropping

It's been a long time since I've been to a Boston Pizza. The food was delicious and our server was wonderful. I won't wait so long to go back for another visit.

Everything was so good. The staff wereso nice specially naina.
Vegetarian options: We can choose if we want any meat or not
Parking: There is plenty of open free parking.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were very kind to kids, and the food portions for kids were appropriate.

I had just bought a bike in Oakville and did a quick pit stop for a short break.The staff was very friendly and kind. Service always came with a smile! Guinness was quite creamy and cold!

We went to Boston Pizza on Saturday night around 7-8pm I was surprised bcoz restaurant was so busy but we got top notch service. We all loved it :)

Nina served my friends and I last Saturday and was super friendly and helpful! Regularly checked in on us to make sure we were good, switched the channel on the tv closest to us when we asked her to, had great conversation with her as well. Amazing service and great food too!

Came with a friend for a quick bite. Food was alright, standard BP, but server Victoria was attentive and friendly. Overall satisfied.
