Adeel was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, willing to help without any pressure to purchase, and great customer service.
The store had lots of options to choose from a variety of styles and price points. We purchased 4 bathroom vanity+sink Combo's and Adeel was great at offering suggestions for our choices and showing us what our choices would eventually look like before we finalized the order.
We could not decide which colour combo would be better for our selection so ended up ordering two colours so we can see how it will look in the space, and return the ones we will not be keeping without any issues. He was even able to arrange super fast delivery to avoid any delays for our contractor.
Great selection of tubs, shower enclosures, vanities, sinks, faucets accessories + more.
We highly recommend this location.

Excellent experience, Erick was very professional..
Oooops, the owner answered my review, thanks, now follow my complaint..I bought the shower door that should be for pick it up today, what a surprise when I when to the store the door didn't arrive as it was promised then I cancelled the contractor for the installation cost me $150 for the visit finally the door should, Erick was very ashamed.. then Bath Depot Montreal changed the delivery date.

Warranty for one year for part, see the photo. After two years it is broken. When you buy, they told you 25 years. Thank now for a part that no one touch it, broken because the poor material quality, they ask for $37 for replacement.

Reha mallano was the best seller and she know what she is doing and very professional and giving additional advice and did the best to keep me happy and even Heidi was awesom with her help. Also when i returned the purchased goods the gave me they best help and took care of my situation. Thankyou for the good service hope to do business again

Very modern with a diverse product line. Great customer service. Josie goes above and beyond to assist new and repeating clients. We happen to be both. Excellent quality having experience with their alcove tub, shower glass, and shower bases. Will definitely work with Josie and her team at the Oakville Hyde Park store. I am a contractor and my customer mistakenly ordered the wrong shower door, so I needed to exchange it and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was very pleased with the service I received from the manager and staff. Suman was especially helpful and friendly. It’s good to see great service. I definitely recommend this store.
