“I’ve been a client of Urban Automotive since 2018. Since then the customer service has been absolutely top-tier. Mike, Derek and the whole team go out of their way to provide a positive experience where I feel informed as a customer who might not be so familiar with the technical elements of my car.
When you first have your car checked, they do a thorough inspection and provide a sort of ongoing report card of critical to passable concerns. This helps to prioritize what work needs to be done when and allows me to budget accordingly. I feel as though other shops might be inclined to list all the things wrong with the car and expect that you pay for it all at once. I truly appreciate that Urban Automotive is more reasonable in this way.
Next, if something is covered under extended warranty, Urban Automotive will do the research for you and help you save big bucks by encouraging you how to advocate for what you were entitled to. Have you heard of any other autobody shop that does that?!
A couple years back a slight mishap took place with a garage door and the roof of my car. I didn’t worry at all because I knew that I was taking care of.
The team at Urban are honest and hard-working. Apart from being a fantastic place to take your car, It’s just nice to come in and have a chat because they really make you feel like family! I’ve been meaning to write this review for ages. But they’re just so damn good that I just expect everyone to come here.

“These guys were great. My grease cap fell of after service, I called and they said to come right over. They fixed it right away and even gave me a new bearing kit and a new cap, the problem was not even there fault, he new I was going on a long road trip and wanted me to be safe, nobody does this anymore, the bearing kit is not cheap he gave it to me as a spare. Incase of future breakdowns as I travel across Canada The kit was very hard to find, and my vehicle has unique parts and old . Thankyou guys I give you 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

It started a few years ago when I was rear ended and our car dealers up the street introduced us to this team!
2 weeks ago, some stranger with a studded belt decided to use the trunk of my car as a seat and a scratch pad... I had had the car less than a month and was devastated... having to deal with a police report and security footage etc. its been stressful and upsetting to say the very least... I reached out the the dealership i bought this car from and their partner's had quoted me over $1K to fix all the scratches...
Luckily i found their contact info on my cell, we called and Jeremy Boca answered. He was very professional & friendly, andunderstood my working hour limitations. We coordinated via email with photos/ videos for reference. Fred Dath followed up and re-assured me that they could help us out. Coordinating back and forth- Jeremy & Fred were able to squeeze me in during my lunch hour.
Immediately they took the car to the back to investigate how deep the scratches really were- my old iPhone photos couldn't really capture the depth.
They didn't hesitate a single moment, to drop what they were doing, roll up their sleeves and give the investigation enough time to diagnose the severity and depth of the scratches - along with ensuring i got out in time to make it back to work.
Their goal wasn't to overcharge me an arm and a leg and quote me for the most expensive solution. They identified that their wasn't a need to fully repaint the trunk, they were able to provide me a solution that is best for me & the car to ensure there was no risk of rusting.
In a nutshell- i highly highly recommend this team! They will look out for your best interest & hook you up!
