As I already knew what I wanted and had already tested a similar model the whole negotiation and deal was done with a few emails and 3 phone calls which was incredible as I live far from the dealership. The finance manager did the whole credit check in just a few minutes. Daniel Allen was really easy to deal with and he was very well prepared when I came to pick-up the car. Everything was very quick and smooth. Schalk Mouton provided me with a very thorough walk-through of the car's features which was super helpful. “This place is awesome. Was looking for right rear axle for 2004 manual bmw 325ci all over Ontario (no one had it in stock without ordering it) and they came in clutch on the way to Top Drift. Didn’t have to order and wait they had multiple in stock. AND 4 times cheaper. Other discount part stores were charging $400-600 and had to wait until the following week. Candid charged under $200 for it AND it was brand new. Hit this place up if you need anything, they are awesome and so nice.”

I & my husband were in dire need of another auto body repair (& thankfully, knew where to return to), as we used Assured’s services just a year ago (& they were no less than perfect then, as with this repair too)!
I had not previously met the team members, until this yr; yet must share my experience…
When I arrived @ Assured, I had the pleasure of meeting Hussein Abdulaali.
Hussein greeted me with a smile, was very calming, reassuring & very knowledgeable too! He had a lovely demeanour/is very congenial & while he displayed much professionalism; he also has great sense of humour! I knew immediately, my vehicle would be well cared for!
Hussein was very thorough with his examination of the damage. He made all the necessary markings for repair & ‘assured’ my husband & I; that the work would be more than well done & in a timely manner too!
Judy (@ the front desk), processed the necessary paper work with my husband & was a pleasure speaking with when I called her (she was professional, thorough & patient as well).
I learned that Paul did the auto body repair & I must say; the result is beautiful! Very professional & the paint colour (which is a custom colour); matches perfectly!
I am astounded, in reference to the time expedited for the completion of work needed!
The work & time it took, was above our expectation & extremely well done!
The repair & colour match is perfect too!
Also to mention; I was very impressed with the final ‘detail’ work.
The vehicle had been thoroughly washed, vacuumed, mats washed, tires shined…!!!
