I love shopping here and I’m so lucky that this location is so close by! It is always a pleasure dealing with Ildika, Sophie, and Andrea. More recently Huda and Brett went above and beyond for me, and for that I am extremely grateful! Thanks so much for your patience! The ladies here really elevate my shopping experience each time and keep me coming back to my favourite store :)

If their clothes weren’t unique and beautiful this place would be dead because of the staff they have. They’re always short staffed, have no clue how to manage the crowd, their line ups are terrible and they have the most unreliable people helping with the change rooms.

The customer service at this location is deplorable. From the moment I stepped into the store, to cashing out. The only highlight of this location is the wide variety of sale items throughout the store and BHLDN dresses. I'll definitely make the trek to the Don Mills location for a more enjoyable experience. A true shame.

A decent selection of clothing, although I do prefer the location at Don Mills. I was looking for a dress since I have a wedding coming up, but a lot of the ones that they have out are a little too casual. I was told they do keep their pricier dresses put away and you need to ask to see them. We were told by a sales associate to ask one of their coworkers up stairs, but she said they don’t have that? A little bit confusing. Ended up leaving with nothing, which sucked because I do love Anthropologie.

I will start by saying that I love the store, the products and had great in-store help. However, I have been calling them since 10am this morning (it is now 3pm) and nobody has picked up. I returned an item in store yesterday and it never got credited back to me. My bank says I must speak with the store. I live an hour away - have no idea how to get a hold of anyone. The phone rings and rings - sometimes it hangs up after 50 rings, sometimes after 10 rings. What a way to treat customers!!!!!!!

Love this location and the selection. Often can find great sales if you’re lucky. Staff have always been nice but I have to say they should have a washroom for patrons who choose to shop and spend here. It’s an upscale store so why no loo??? I was actually told to go across the street to a cafe I couldn’t even find. Whereas in the Toronto store my daughter needed the washroom during one of our visits and they were very kind to let her use it. Doesn’t add up so that needs to be improved otherwise a near perfect experience

I have been going crazy looking for a dress for my nephews wedding. When I finally found one at Anthropologie, I was not able to ship it to Canada. I called the Oakville store and was lucky enough to get Alex on the other line. Best service I’ve ever received at Anthropologie. Alex, you saved my year! Thank you for your help! ♥️♥️
