If their clothes weren’t unique and beautiful this place would be dead because of the staff they have. They’re always short staffed, have no clue how to manage the crowd, their line ups are terrible and they have the most unreliable people helping with the change rooms.

We shopped at the Oakville location this past weekend and really wanted to share the great customer service we received by all the associates in every dept!! We were successful in finding some great finds and we will return soon! ?
