Where do i begin!! There are still good people out there!!!
It started a few years ago when I was rear ended and our car dealers up the street introduced us to this team!
2 weeks ago, some stranger with a studded belt decided to use the trunk of my car as a seat and a scratch pad... I had had the car less than a month and was devastated... having to deal with a police report and security footage etc. its been stressful and upsetting to say the very least... I reached out the the dealership i bought this car from and their partner's had quoted me over $1K to fix all the scratches...
Luckily i found their contact info on my cell, we called and Jeremy Boca answered. He was very professional & friendly, andunderstood my working hour limitations. We coordinated via email with photos/ videos for reference. Fred Dath followed up and re-assured me that they could help us out. Coordinating back and forth- Jeremy & Fred were able to squeeze me in during my lunch hour.
Immediately they took the car to the back to investigate how deep the scratches really were- my old iPhone photos couldn't really capture the depth.
They didn't hesitate a single moment, to drop what they were doing, roll up their sleeves and give the investigation enough time to diagnose the severity and depth of the scratches - along with ensuring i got out in time to make it back to work.
Their goal wasn't to overcharge me an arm and a leg and quote me for the most expensive solution. They identified that their wasn't a need to fully repaint the trunk, they were able to provide me a solution that is best for me & the car to ensure there was no risk of rusting.
In a nutshell- i highly highly recommend this team! They will look out for your best interest & hook you up!
Jeremy & Fred are absolutely wonderful, knowledgable and professional! Definitely worth the drive from Mississauga & back! This experience has made up for the past 2 weeks of stress and

I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my 2018 F-150!! My poor girl was rear ended by a flat bed tow truck (of all things lol) and my truck looks better now than it did before the accident ! Fred and his team were extremely helpful with my insurance, getting me a rental and most importantly, fixing my truck! Well done and I know we’re I’ll be sending those I may know in the future that need body work done to their vehicle!! Cheers and thanks again!

Thank you to Action Collision Service For the outstanding job that they did on my car after being rear ended. It was an absolutely great experience from beginning to end. Jeremy (Assistant Manager) was very engaged with us communicating along the way with the details pertaining to the car, dealt directly with the insurance company with queries that we had an overall we couldn’t be more pleased, not to mention how courteous and professional Action Collision was, speaks volumes.
10/10 RECOMMEND !!

We recently took our car to ACTION following our first car accident. Fred and his team couldn’t have made the experience smoother for us. Not only did they repair the car in less than a week but they were thorough in their review of the damage and repair recommendations. They stayed in close communication and were sure to answer all of our questions throughout the process. We trust the work ACTION performed on our car and would highly recommend them. We will most certainly visit ACTION again in the future should we need any car repair work (hopefully not too soon)!

Our company has done some work with Action Collision over the past year and I have to say the team have been very welcoming and adhered to our requests in a professional and timely manner. I visited multiple body shops for a quote on some damage to my Audi as it was a small job but an important one to me. Most shops were dismissive and pushed to replace more parts than necessary in an effort to drive the cost of the project up. George from Action listened and promptly provided me with a reasonable quote. The work was phenomenal. These guys have my business for life.

George tells it the way it is - I like that - no sugar coating - did everything right in front of me including getting the pricing on the parts - on speakerphone, no less. He's got many years experience in the industry - that works in the client's favour. His crew does excellent work - clearly love what they do. My car needed a couple of small items that were not in the quote - they still did them and "no charge"! Without a doubt, I would recommend them wholeheartedly for any work you need. Car was back up and running in the promised timeframe - 3-4 business days. I had quotes from 2 other Oakville repair shops and both took pix of the damage and sent me away to wait for an emailed quote - looked like a pre-prepared form letter with "standard" pricing - more than double George's quote. Unfortunately, I hope I never see George again!!! LOL :-)Services: Auto body & trim repair

Can't say enough good things about George and his team at Action Collision Services. In the winter my wife's vehicle's windshield was destroyed after being stuck by a sheet of frozen snow & ice following a freezing rain event. Shards of glass, snow and ice were everywhere inside the vehicle. The melting snow and ice caused complex problems with the electronics but Action was able to resolve everything. It did take a few return visits to correct some issues that only presented themselves after we discovered them, similar to finding needles of a real Christmas tree inside your home long after the Holiday season has passed. George told us Action's team try to return customer's vehicles in the best condition possible following any damage and to anticipate the ancillary issues that may arise until their customers are completely satisfied. 100% happy...Action!

We had our brand new Telluride repaired at Action Collision after an accident. We were referred to them by their affiliate company Lockwood Kia. It was front bumper damage from hitting a ladder on the highway. It took them 4 months to repair. After we were told it was ready, we had to wait another 2 days for them to clean/ detail our vehicle. We picked up the vehicle and it was full of mouse droppings and urine. They offered to vacuum it but we opted for the professional sanitization steam cleaning done by Clean Freaks. Clean Freaks had to replace our cabin air filter as it was also full of mouse droppings/ urine.I would not leave your vehicle at Action Collision longer than 4 hours.Services: Body & Trim
