Guido was very personable. I had no idea how using storage works he was able to explain everything in user friendly terms. He made sure I knew how to sign with my code. He showed me the unit and offered suggestions as to how to store any furniture I may bring in. He was very helpful.my experience was great and I would strongly recommend them

The worst customer service experience ever!We rented a unit from Access Storage, diligently paid our monthly fees, only to have our belongings stolen due to a shocking security breach. Not only that, but also the lock on our unit was cut open with a bolt cutter, resulting in the loss of almost everything we had stored.Upon reaching out to Access Storage for support and compensation, we were met with nothing but disappointment! According to their policy, they refused to refund our money, leaving us in a state of financial loss. We were told to pursue the insurance that we paid for at an extra cost, and that has been a six-month-long hassle with absolutely NO progress.Despite numerous calls to the office and attempts to communicate with the regional manager, we have seen no action or progress. It is truly disheartening to feel that nobody at Access Storage cares about the distress which their negligence has caused. Our repeated efforts to seek resolution have been met with empty promises and an utter lack of responsibility on their part.The emotional toll this has taken on us is immeasurable. Even when involving law enforcement, the lack of proper security measures, such as insufficient cameras, has hindered any meaningful investigation.In short, my experience with Access Storage has been the WORST customer service experience ever! Their inadequate security measures, refusal to take responsibility, and broken promises have left us in a state of emotional turmoil and financial loss. I strongly advise against entrusting your belongings to a company that lacks integrity and care in a service-oriented industry.

A Nightmare Experience with Access Storage – Lost Belongings and Poor Customer ServiceI regret to share my horrendous experience with Access Storage, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. We rented a unit from them, diligently paid our monthly fees, only to have our belongings compromised due to a shocking security breach.To make matters worse, the lock on our unit was cut open with a bolt cutter, resulting in the loss of almost everything we had stored. It's disheartening to think that we not only lost our possessions, but also our hard-earned money that went into the monthly payments.Upon reaching out to Access Storage for support and compensation, we were met with nothing but disappointment. According to their policy, they refused to refund our money, leaving us in a state of financial loss. Their proposed solution was to seek insurance coverage, which they promised to apply for on our behalf. However, more than four months have passed, and all we've encountered is sheer ignorance and carelessness.Despite numerous calls to the office and attempts to communicate with the regional manager, we have seen no concrete actions or progress. It is truly disheartening to feel that nobody at Access Storage cares about the distress which their negligence has caused. Our repeated efforts to seek resolution have been met with empty promises and an utter lack of responsibility on their part.To add insult to injury, my children are devastated by the loss of their expensive equipment. The emotional toll this has taken on them is immeasurable. Even when involving law enforcement, the lack of proper security measures, such as insufficient cameras, has hindered any meaningful investigation.In conclusion, my experience with Access Storage has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their inadequate security measures, refusal to take responsibility, and broken promises have left my family and me in a state of distress and financial loss. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting their belongings to a company that clearly lacks the integrity and care expected in such a service-oriented industry.
