Amazing experience. Phoned in to rent a hospital bed. Staff was very kind and helpfulBed was delivered by Adam. Who phoned in advance to ensure I was home. Set up the bed, showed me how to work it. Friendly and knowledgeable.Appreciate this company’s help and their kind personalities making the process as smoothly as possible!Thank you ?

Bought a scooter from this Company and the bolts for the tires were missing. I drove around half a day with no bolts. Went back to this company to let them know seem like they did not care. I never even received an apology from the owner Aaron Ryan. I was told that they have to order this scooter. When they already had it in stock. I've been waiting 2 months for accessories that have been setting at the manufacturer. The communication level here is low. I highly do NOT recommend this company. They do not believe in safety at all. The owner Aaron Ryan lies a lot so be careful if you order from here. That's My experience and I will NOT recommend this company or use this company ever again.

AMAZING SERVICE! The Access Abilities store in Oakville has a great selection of products, but what is even better is their exceptional service. They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about products where you need a LOT of advice.We purchased a power wheelchair for my father from Access Abilities and they helped us from selection to paperwork to delivery.When the product was delivered, they made several adjustments to make sure it was the right fit for my father, and patiently showed him how to use the controls and operate his chair safely.I cannot recommend this store enough for their amazing service!

I can not say enough about the staff at Access Abilities. After a recent surgery, I needed a couple of disability items and they really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

My elderly father rented a wheelchair from this place for my Mother. It was so beat up and filthy. And to add insult to injury they charge you a ‘cleaning fee’ ! I would HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere to a more professional and reputable company. Also, the older, grey-haired man that works there is quite abrupt, rude (no manners- please and thank-you are not in his vocabulary) and unprofessional. He should not be working with the public. Sadly I cannot give a zero star rating.

Do not waste your money and buy whatever you need online to save money since you do not get support from this place. I have a Philips cpap machine that was recalled, registered with Philips to get a new machine on January 2022, no response from Philips so far. Called Philips and they tell me the dealership where I bought the machine could give me answer. Accessibilities however has no answer, they can not help me so I need to wait to see when in the future Philips will send a new machine. Why not offering a solution for the time being or anything likewise? These guys are in the business of sale and making profits so no support!
