Top notch in every way. From the timing of the quote, to the quote itself (much cheaper than other shops in the area), to the service and the actual workmanship - I couldn’t ask for more. Our car had some damage, as we were involved in a small accident, and it’s like nothing ever happened at all. A4 got our rim repaired to look as good as new, fixed any dents and discolouration on the body, and re-painted beautifully. They even met us on a Sunday morning when the shop was closed to hand over the keys. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone in the area and beyond.

Paint matching was perfect, but filled my rear quarter panel with bondo, for a rust spot 2cm across. Left bodyfiller exposed without paint, rust will definitely return soon. Cost me close to $700 (after a 10% discount) for 2cm of surface rust to be improperly fixed. Instead of offering a refund, guy patched it up on the spot and sent me on my way with wet paint on my car. You’re better off doing this work yourself over a weekend.

Sorry to say this but ..The paint job was not good , when I put my car under sunlight, the painted area looked faded and matte with obvious hazy mark on the door! The color difference was obvious and some spots show hologramming from bad buffing.I also noticed many scratches on the hood which were not there before! It looks like they put their tools on the hood or dragged things on it!The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.Had to take my car to a professional shop to redo the paint on the door and do a full body paint correction.Service: Painting

It's Christmas and I wanted to take a moment to write a belated review about A4 Motors.Around this time last year, my car was scraped against a concrete pillar in an underground parking lot. Of all the quotes I got and recommendations from friends, A4 was the most honest and customer-centred. Covid being on a rampage back then, coupled with several personal issues, we stopped communicating after I got their quote (but I was not looking elsewhere and was quite firm about choosing them). When Covid waves were nearing the end and school was about to start, I reached out again. They were still friendly and willing to help me out FOR THE SAME PRICE on the quote I had received seven months earlier.They did a nice job. The door got a replacement, and the paint was perfectly done, though it might take a year or two to see the difference from the original paint. Work was done in such an amazing way that "if you don't know, you can't tell."Knowing I was a student paying out of pocket, they were accommodating as well. They were quite busy during summer, but they still managed to fix my car before school day as promised. They made a small mistake when installing the wires inside the car door, but they fixed it in no time when I revisited. They also took care of the tire pressures for free. On top of that, they offered a student discount.Most of the time they were responsive via email, not pushing you to "give us a call and let's talk." Very introvert-friendly. They were nice in person as well. You don't get to feel pressured at all.You may not be seeing the number of reviews here surge over years. That speaks volumes about how honest they are. Not all happy customers bother to leave a review, but I believe every customer that has written one is a real person and you can definitely trust them.I'd like to thank Phillip, the lady at the front desk, and Andrew, as well as the hard workers in the garage throughout the process. I can't be more clear, do not bring your car here! What a disaster, the repair work was so bad it made me sick to my stomach when looking at my truck. A4 was the most expensive quote I received and so I was expecting great things based on the reviews I saw. Unfortunately this shop has definitely lost its touch and attention to detail. To make things worse there were more scratches and scuffs on my truck from the lack of care people there take when moving around the vehicles in his very tight shop. I don't think I've ever seen such poor quality autobody work done, there were runs in the paint, varying texture of the clear coat, bumpy rough areas where the repair was done, and misalignment of where two parts of the front were supposed to align. After their first attempt at the repair, I brought it back and they agreed to fix it, made all sorts of excuses why it happened and wasn't really their fault which I wasn't impressed with; if you mess up, own it and take care of it... When I got my truck back the second time, there were still scratches on the newly panted areas from the lack of care once again taken by the people who put the truck together. I waited there another 2.5hrs while they fixed a bunch of areas were the paint was not buffed properly and the texture was rough. The repair work is still not perfect and there is still a bump and a crease where the repair was done so when the sun shines it stands out like a sore thumb, There are new scratches on the front hood as well that were not there before. The owner made no offer to fix it any further and made excuses for how it couldn't be fixed any better. Anything is fixable! I don't trust them to touch my truck anymore. It is quite unfortunate that the quality of work from this shop is so poor. I tried to work with a small shop where the Owner was the person doing the repair, feeling like that might be the better way to go... guess not. And to top things off, no warranty on any of the work they do, so good luck.Services: Painting
