I am very impressed and happy with the work AOK Auto and Tire Centre has done for my car. They are quick, accommodating, courteous, professional, and fairly priced.

0 Star if i have the option‼️“Not sure how this is called a auto repair shop, it should rather be called as damage shop”My friend gave her 2022 Hyundai Elantra at this shop to fix some damages occurred due to a minor collision on 401.We came here as a referral and claimed insurance. This body shop claimed that they are very professionals and do all the work perfectly and the receptionist also mentioned that the mechanic has OCD and will take more time but will not leave any single sign of damage.We trusted them and after almost 2 months they called my friend and when we went to pick it up, there was a huge crack in the windshield and the front bumper was also not done properly, there were additional scratches and paint stains on the whole car.How is this perfect? How is this a good customer service? After confronting them about all the additional damage, they are denying all the facts. We witnessed the car before and after pick up and they are not just denying it but also forcing us to pay for the storage if we don’t pick up the car immediately. We have pictures of the car from before as well as after the repair.The receptionist(Ayesha) was not professional at all, she laughed on my friend when she tried to confront them, saying that her car is damaged from all sides. Insulted her and hang up the call saying she has customers to attend.We told them to fix everything before hand and they assured us that it is all covered in the repair.If you here reading this till the end then don’t ever go here otherwise you are more damaging your car. No matter how sweet talk receptionist(Ayesha) does at start but she is really sarcastic and rude and will deny to provide you all the things you ask at first.

My partner and I were visiting from out of town and we noticed our car had a low tire. Canadian Tire was unable to take us, but they referred us to this store. We fully expected them to have no space since it's Saturday, but Mike squeezed us in right as we arrived. He even mentioned they were low staff, but still managed to address our issue. What we thought was a leak from a nail was actually an improperly sealed tire on the rim. Mike and his staff very promptly found the issue, fixed it, and sent us on our way within 45 minutes of arriving. The price was also extremely affordable. We cannot thank Mike enough, he more than likely saved us from incident later that day. I cannot recommend this place enough. Top tier customer service. Thanks Mike!

2nd Edit: I have the transaction record on my credit card statement if needed to prove the visit to this store.0 Star.These guys charged me $40 to pull out a screw from the tire. Took them 10seconds for the Job.Only reason I couldn’t do it was i did not have the tools and i was late for work already.Bunch of scammers never visit this place try other places please.

Popped a tire on the highway and ended up getting towed to this shop, they were extremely helpful even though it was a Saturday and they were closing soon, they searched for a new tire for us and put it on and within an hour we were back on the road! Amazing service and kind workers :)
