We drove 20 min out of our way to this butcher shop. There was not 1 piece of fresh beef. Few smoked chops. I would call before you go. Not sute if this is a typical occurence or not! Very disappointed.

So you want to be the hero that shows up at your friends cottage for the big weekend? “I will bring the sausage” you say, and then you stop in at Ralph’s and you load up. Amazing sausages from amazing people. Warning - the “Devil’s Hotel” have Reapers in them and they are freaking spicy.

Well,Ralphs not here anymorebut a young man named Braeden helped me out,& I wanted to get a 4” tomahawk steak wrapped in bacon, to treat myself,but someone,I think it was Bob,had recommended trying the blade ribeyeOMGoshI was dubious at first,because the steak was rather pink, but I have to say,it was as tender as any tenderloin I’ve ever haddon’t waste your money on those pretentious tomahawksMethod:Super hot grill,nailed one side of the meat for about 3 minutes with the lid closedopen the lid.Flipanother 3 minutes with the lid open…Then,my secret weapon,a brick on my grillI lean the steak against that & grill the edge/fat & gristle…Couple minutes…Flip & grill the other edge fat/gristle…Donepink insidea little bloody

Amazing selection of sausages. Excellent fresh meat including steaks, bacon, peameal bacon, chicken tornadoes, London broil and the ultimate burgers - the original Ralph burgers. Mushroom, onion cheese all blended in to form a perfect burger on the bbq. Great service with a smile too.

Ralph is the man, hands down! So glad we stopped in here. We weren’t even looking for sausages, but Ralph’s passion really showed and we absolutely had to try it.Well, here we are, our lives will be forever changed. We tried 4 different sausages, and were left speechless.The only bad thing I have to say is- when we tried to come back on our way home, on Sunday, Ralph’s was closed. :(Keep it up Ralph, and next time we stop we’ll make sure to leave enough time to let you plan the Piano for us!

Get the Piccadilly sausage - it has dill pickle and cheese curds, you will not be disappointed!! Always friendly service, this is routine stop on our way to the cottage.
