What a gem!! The sales girls and the owner Arianna make you feel SO welcome. I’m a curvy girl and postpartum, not everything fits me right or well (or the way I think it should) BUT these ladies ALWAYS make me feel comfortable and are so helpful in making me feel heard, when I have insecurities they pick stuff and LISTEN! I always find something cute for me or my little! Always a great experience and such a gorgeous shop, Woodstock is lucky to have you!

I do love this shops style & clothing. I’ve ordered from here a few times but unfortunately had a bad customer service experience with the recent sale. I ordered a free people jacket as a *gift* which is regularly $250. This jacket came with zero tags and was full of lint. How am I suppose to gift a jacket that is most importantly without tags. I was told I could not return because it was on sale. Understandable but without tags is very unprofessional. Be weary when ordering.- to your reply. - what I said I understood is it not being worn as it gets tried on. I am just upset about the return policy on an item missing tags, which you mentioned nothing about.

It’s a nice shop but the return policy is terrible. It seems unfair to not issue refunds (money returned) for online orders. I went in store to pick up my order and tried it on and I didn’t like it. I was told I couldn’t get a refund and had to exchange it for something else I didn’t really love. The return policy online is a bit deceiving and carefully worded to trick people… only at the very bottom does it say exchange or store credit only. This should be the first thing noted in the policy. This was my first time at the store and I definitely will not be returning.

Placed an order a week ago and still hasn't dispatched. Tried to contact them via email and phone for the past 2-3 days now and no answer. What kind of customer service is this? I'm about to call my cc company to request a reversal of the transaction.
