However, there are other, faster alternatives such as ATM and Online Banking for when in-person banking is not essential.My experiences with their personal bankers in helping set up accounts, and complete international wire payments were first rate.Anytime I've dealt with staff, they have been friendly and helpful.”

“Having a nightmare of a time receiving a wire transfer from USA Title Services for nearly 4wks due to an error from a Tillsonburg Associate in the Tillsonburg branch - so in desperation went and saw Adam in Norwich (thanks to my son Jordan), as the Tillsonburg branch manager wasn't able to see me or help.
Adam quickly recognized the mess and heard the frustration in my voice and within minutes had contacted the wire department opening an investigation and also registering my treatment from Tillsonburg internally.
I have nothing but gratitude for Adam, Alicia and Victor (Regional V.P.) as well as my son Jordan, who recognized the farce of errors I was dealing with and between the four of them have gone above and beyond to correct my treatment but also find my money.
I will only use the Norwich branch from now on, they understand the importance of customer service and relationships.
Big thank you to Adam though for making all this happen - I hope BMO recognizes your worth and value to them as a company - I think you and Jordan are two very special young men. ?
