I really had good experiences with Zipcar. The cars were very easily accessible and most of the times, the cars were in good condition. One out of ten times, the car was in really bad condition. I reported for being dirty, but I don’t know how quickly they responded to it. But overall, I loved my experience with Zipcar.

This is a review of Zipcar in all locations.I’ve used them about 5 times and 3 if those times I’ve had to switch my car at least twice because the cars were filthy.The customer service is helpful which is the only reason it has 2 stars.The availability of cars is lacking in the midtown corridor, and the fact I have to return to the same lot is wildly inconvenient.Their policies are arbitrary, and I don’t find that they have any real motivation to keep business.Looking for another car sharing service worthy of my hard earned dollar.

Had to pay for gas out of pocket. Their video says they will refund you but their website has absolutely no information about refunds. To me that seems real shady as if they are never going to lay you back or even want to to find out that is an option. Also, if they are going to have gas cards and now you can book whole days make sure your system works with most gas stations that don't have zipcars in their towns. Everything else was okey car was nice with right amount of gas and pick up and return was easy

Please do not take a Zip car you have the worst customer services and they will charge you at least 3 to 4 times the normal rental comapanies. I had a membership I'd which is 3560596 and i personally cancelled it as the service was the worst !! I will never recommend this to anyone.

Driver before us was late an hour, zipcar tells us there's no guarantee the vehicle will be there. Offers extended two hour drive or a cab to the nearest zipcar. It's rush hour in Toronto, neither of those worked and they couldn't do anything other then that. The customer who was late was charged 50 bucks, I was inconvenienced and zipcar profits from my inconvenience.Extremely irritating as I had an appointment to get too.Extremely unreliable but like the representative said "to bad, nothing we can do"

This company has one of the worst customer service system and their call centers are like homes. They are not professionals. They don`t speak properly.
