I have been shopping at this store for years and I went to get some balloons filled with helium. The cashier said they weren’t sure if the balloon was going to float and that they would trial it for me without telling me the price first. After filling it, and it did not float they told me it was gonna be 5$ for it. I said that they did not communicate the price to me before and that it was unfair to still charge me the 5$ because I was under the assumption that we were going to trial it and they still did.
Such a rip off and bad customer service. Will not be shopping here again.

CHEAP Toys at a PREMIUM Price!
Very disappointed for spending the same on a toy as a regular toystore would charge for it to be lower quality than even Temu.

On Saturday July 6th between 11:15 and 11:40 approximately I was in this store I had my wallet stolen from my purse didn’t know until I went to pay for what I had purchased.
Called Monday July 8th to speak with owner was told he rarely came in the store so gave my name and number and asked for him to call me. Have called many times now July 17th still no call. Apparently they have cameras in store just wanted him to check them.
What kind of owner is he not to return my call.

I had a bad experience here, everyone don't come to this store, the staff is very rude, the prices are not clear, the prices are very high compared to other stores.

Very rude staff ! My daughter was buying toys worth of $50 and a $5 bill was ripped a little and she refused to serve us because I was questioning why she can not take the ripped bill. I even called the store to tell me her name so that I can call cooperate and she did not even give me her name. But I submitted a complain!
I just don’t understand why people working jobs that they don’t like if they can’t work in costumer service !

An excellent store to have in the Plaza. So well stocked with very good quality household, stationery, beauty, party, seasonal/holiday items and so many other categories of items. Pleasant, polite and helpful staff too make it such a great place to shop.

The store is neat and tidy. Though I’m sorry but I don’t appreciate your rather rude remarks. I bought two white poster boards and saw that the price tag underneath was 2 for $1. When he told me it was 2 for $1.50, I asked if he could go check it. He refused and told me “nope, I will not go and check it, it’s 2 for $1.50, take it or leave it.” I mean, it’s not that I can’t afford to pay for it, but the tag does say 2 for $1. In the end, he spoke to his co-worker, took my money, and finally went to the shelf. He came back to tell me the price was on the poster above and the price tag underneath was not relevant. So I told him calmly that he should then remove that price tag underneath to avoid confusion but he ignored me.Sometimes, people need to remember that their careless, unpleasant words can leave such a bad impression and it’s not going to do any good for their business. It’s so unfortunate that this is the second time I’ve encountered bad service at this store and I’m not keen to visit this place again.
