“Looking for a place in my area that could do an alteration on my suit, I found myself at this store. Tucked away in a business district is this European style shop with great recognizable brands and very friendly service. My suit pants were ready in a few days and the alteration was very well done. I've been told you can get a custom suit made here for a very reasonable price and there are other formal and casual clothing items like jeans for men and women.”

“Visited this location for the first time yesterday evening and the team was SO lovely. It was so busy and I believe there were only 3 team members working. Despite that, they were so helpful, attentive and gracious. I had to wait a little bit because the customer in front of my was taking longer than expected and so when I got to the front of the line, the manager (I think she was the manager. She was wearing a green top) said thank you so much for your patience and for waiting. It was such a small gesture, but honestly went really far with me because I find that other retailers lack basic customer service skills. Not this team though! Great work team, will definitely be back again soon!”

Wow! Shopping here is a shopping with family. All the staff is so helpful and so understanding. So easy to strike up a conversation with anyone in the shop whether it's the owner or an employee everyone treats you the same. I was shopping for clothes for my mom and really and truly I don't think I would have found the selection and received this kind of service anywhere else it was my first go to and I'm so glad because I found everything I needed without having to drive around the GTA looking for anything else. Kudos to all the staff add to the owners. Coming here Feels Like Home”

“I absolutely LOVE this store. I don’t go to centrepoint mall often, as I’m not that close to the mall or do not live in very close proximity to the mall. But each time I do visit Centrepoint, I am always sure to purchase something from Dalycarol. They have beautiful clothing for great prices. And they’re clothing are unique and fashionable. I literally only go to Centrepoint mall specifically only to go to Dalycarol. I do wish, they can have more of a variety of clothing in size Large. But nonetheless, it’s a great store! I wish that they had more locations elsewhere. But it is totally worth visiting centre point just for this store! They also have a nice selection of earrings and bracelets and necklaces. If you haven’t checked them out, be sure to do so”

“Shop is good, but unfortunately did not have the items I was looking for. I was looking for a replacement hose for my Osprey hydration pack and a wire brush for cleaning. They had neither sadly.
For EV/PHEV drivers, both the electric car chargers downstairs do not work. One says network is offline, the other will restart itself every few mins.
Broken since July 2021.
Update Feb 2, 2026. EV chargers are still dead”

“Nice place for clothes shopping. Reasonable price. Found what I was looking for may be the reason being it is off-site location and not much people came here for shopping specially on Sunday. This is a big store so you may find your required clothes from this location.There is less staff available here but cooperative as well. You may have to wait for them if you need help.The change room is not that comfortable. There should be a seating in the chairroom to wear clothes and shoes comfortably.Parking is available on the roadside. Overall, it's a good place for shopping.Thank you”

“purchased a $700 prom dress, picked it up and brought it home only to find that the beading is falling off, there is a large bump on the back from poor stitching and the zipper keeps getting stuck. Called the store and they told me to come back with the dress. When I get there they look at it and tell me they need to contact the manufacturer to see what they can do...I'm still waiting for their reply. The associate that was helping us was very rude and said that they can't do anything until they hear from the manufacture and basically if they say they won't replace the dress or issue a refund then I'm pretty my SOL and it's a final sale. Like how can you say it's a final sale on a defective item, this is ridiculous and they should be exchanging it for a new one. Anyone looking for a dress should be careful when ordering from this store. Their customer service is horrible and they sell defective items. My daughters friend also ordered a dress as well and when she picked it up it was dirty and they refused to do anything about it.”
