I am a huge fan of William Sonoma! They have many cooking tools, pans, appliance and food you cannot find anywhere else. This is my go to store! Excellent!

horrible service the women working today by the door needs 2 things. 1 a lesson in customer service and 2 to know the laws of the province she lives in.Since when are dogs not allowed in the store ? And on top of that a service dog. It’s okay i walked out there are many others stores i could buy what i’m looking for at.

Had a really great experience at this location. I had to return a SMEG espresso machine that was damaged. The staff (4 of them) were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They made me feel as if I was a friend and were just as disappointed that my item was damaged. Exchanged for a new item with no issues! Keep up the great work!

I was shopping for a Food Processor walked into the store and was greeted warmly by Hossein.Hossein showed me the various Fiod Processors that had a small foot print I found that he was very knowledgeable on the product lines I picked one that fit our needs and was pleasantly surprised that that unit was also on sale.Overall Excellent Service(Hossein)The Store was very inviting well organized and super clean5 Stars Well Done!

I had to update my review. Wow so now your closing your flag ship store at The Toronto Eaton Centre along with a larg number of US locations. Just as I forecasted, only if you would have taken an interest in your customer feedback, maybe we would have a different discussion!What happened to Williams-Sonoma?You have taken the shopping experience away from the consumer.Recently on a few visits, we noticed that you have removed the prices off some of your china ware. The price tag is still on the items but you have removed the bottom of the price sticker that displayed the price.You then displayed a list of the items with the prices. Ok I get it, but now you have removed those display cards and any indication of prices.Here is the issue, now the consumer has to wait for an employee to scan each item for the price.I need to now wait for about a dozen different scan items, write each one on a paper with the description only to waste my time.This is a way for Williams-Sonoma to take advantage of the consumer by increasing prices at will.We will never return to shop at Williams-Sonoma.If I could, I would rank you a score of zero.Another indication you don't care about customer feedback, you have not responded to any of the customer postings!Your not improving, your failing as a retailer who will soon be moving to the failed retailer graveyard.You cannot blame your customers for not buying. This is self inflicted.

Used to enjoy shopping at Williams-Sonoma, but cannot recall worse customer service than I received on my last few visits to Yorkdale location. Not enough staff on the floor during the busy holiday season (but three at the cash), and when I approached cash for help, they were rude. Finally found a sales woman on the floor (no badge/ID or anything identifying her as a sales associate), who was just as brusque and offered no help other than to point to where the item was. Walked out and purchased elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and go to The Cookery or iQliving....both locally owned and helpful staff.

Received $300 gift card. Held unto it until there was a good sale on air fryer. Had some money left over so order a pan as well just to use everything. Pan was shipped. Gor notified air fryer was delayed until March, which was fine since we have an older working model. Then they cancel my order completely.A. The cancelled item is on the website for original price.B. CS says restock coming in December, sooner then the delay they relayed to me via email.This seems to be a bait and switch.Solution I requested was make me whole. Allow me to return pan which was not the reason for the order. It was used assuming I would get air fryer. But they will not refund the the 20 dollar shipping and charge me for return shipping.The alternate solution was since they are getting the item back even sooner they could just continue on with transaction like nothing happened.Apparently these were not reasonable requests.

Rude snippy woman answering the phone.I’ve been attempting to call regarding an $800 item they have online that claims to guarantee a price match.I called the store, their helpline, & the customer service line for days, which keep disconnecting while I’m on hold. I even emailed to the price match department, as they request customers do.I attempted to call the store one more time, because the phone line was malfunctioning & repeatedly hanging up, & the woman in the store was very snippy & just told me call the helpline after I told her can’t reach anyone for the last few days.Email still not returned.She kept repeating herself & hung up on me.I was polite, she was very unpleasant.

William Sonoma has a lot of upper end products and some of their house brands are very good quality at a reasonable price I think because they are branded is higher and the retail employees at work there have an attitude like the customer should be grateful to be in their store meanwhile their retail employees Think that they were making $200,000 a year selling a Ferrari or something. I’m at the point where I just give them attitude right back and tell them that I don’t need their attitude. It’s so bad you almost feel a vibe like you go into the store and you wanna buy a 100 or $200 item and they look down their nose at you because you’re not buying $50,000 in Crystal.Another big point I will say is never ever ever order anything through their website online to be delivered to your house before you check out. It says you’ll receive it in 5 to 7 days as soon as you check out it says 7 to 10 days the reality is you will get it in, no less than 3 to 6 weeks. If you don’t have to report and get a refund for missing item it’s the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life some good products but that’s it.

Rude and disrespectful sales associate. At around 2:30 pm on Sept 24th 2023, I was browsing near the front and was looking at a $500 saucepan when a middle aged female sales associate with dark hair, dressed in mostly black came up a foot behind me and yelled “excuse me! Do you need any help?!”Her voice was unnecessarily harsh and loud so I was quite startled but I responded no thanks. She then has the audacity to mutter a sarcastic remark “ Geez, you acted like a bomb just went off in here!” Utterly inappropriate given that my surprised reaction to her bellowing at me was something beyond my control. Frankly, I was so disgusted by her attitude that I abruptly left without purchasing anything. That associate needs to have an attitude adjustment and if it involves coaching or further retraining then so be it.

Great customer service. I popped in to take a look at some pans and Lynne was friendly and approached us answering our queries and directed us to the various items of interest they had in stock. She was very knowledgeable about the products and how to best take care and use them.The products stocked are clearly higher end but still seemed a little overpriced. I'd probably go back to buy the items that you cannot buy from normal high Street shops but I will be limited as to what I can buy.
