One star is more than they deserve
This is the worst dirtiest most poorly managed Walmart I have ever seen in my life
30-60 minutes customer service wait. This includes changing sodastream.
you cannot rely on them to have simple everyday items in stock like kidney beans!
They don't even order their advertised sale items, and are out of stock from day one. It's a scam to get you to buy other items that are not same since you made the trip
If you have 10 items on your grocery list then you hit the jackpot if they have two or three in stock
My suggestion to people is to price match their flyers at other grocery stores because the likelihood is they won't even have anything in stock. And they don't even price match. And they don't offer rain checks!
And the regular prices are more expensive than most grocery stores. I can't think of one good reason to go to the store: it is a total waste of time
you'll spend an hour there and buy overpriced regular price stuff that was never on your grocery list to begin with

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! I went in to get my shoes exchange. She refused to exchange the shoes in the first place then she called someone whom she was referring as a manager but he was not the one. While I was having one on one conversation with him regarding my shoes she was ridiculously laughing and making faces that to in front of her so called Manager. That's so rude and ill-mannered behavior from her side while dealing in customer service department.
When I was asking her name from her colleague she came in and threw her I'd card on the shoe box and said 'Here you go'. I wonder what kind of people are dealing with her everyday. I pity them and I wish you guys teach her how to talk at least.

Walmart managers please ask your staff to monitor the public area around your entrance I'm here two or three times a week and there's typically several individual smoking whether they're public or staff it's not clear
Suggest with a little bit of signage and guidance from your staff people could be asked to smoke off the property and certainly at least 30-50 ft from the doors
It's particularly unpleasant because the entrance from the parking lot is enclosed
I'm usually here between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. and I can't remember the last time that I wasn't breathing smoke walking in or out of the store or sitting and waiting for someone while they shop
Often people are sitting on the benches close to the doors you could install public benches at the back of the parking lot
Walmart owns this property you have control over this
I've noticed this summer that many Toronto and other region parks have a total ban on smoking people are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the park

Missing item upon delivery. Talked to an agent and they immediately issues a refund without giving me any choice. I still want the item and it’s not my fault that they forgot my item

If you want to feel like a criminal come to this walmart. There are more things locked up at this store than I have seen at any walmart. There are cameras everywhere. Goodluck finding an employee to help you try to get something, that will take a minimum of 20 minutes just for them to show up and then they just stare blankly at you the whole time. Which is incredibly uncomfortable. Also, if you aren't sure what you want it really sucks that you can't see the back of the item when it's locked up. There are no displays set up in this store, the shelves are all disorganized and empty. The home goods section is incredibly lacking. Walmart is a multi-billion dollar corporation, they should not be treating their customers like this. I don't blame the employees clearly the corporation is the problem. I understand that theft happens and it's terrible, but is treating everyone who enters your store like a criminal the answer? No. I don't think so.

Probably the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to. Shelves are almost always empty. Are you looking for something that all grocery stores should have? You probably won’t find it here. Staff is unhelpful and also pretty rude. If you are able to go to a different store, do it. You’ll save yourself the time and stress of dealing with this store. Never coming back again. Consider the No Frills a block down the road.

If there could be a zero (0) or negative rating Walmart Canada would be receiving that rating.
Reason: my online order was placed on a Thursday. Received a confirmation email to include a pickup notification for the following Sunday. Arrived at the store on Sunday and waited. And waited. And waited. Went into the store and shopped. Back to customer service and waited some more only to finally be told the order hadn’t arrived. It is now Tuesday and I’m at the store. You guessed it - waiting.
What a horrible service. Needless to say this was my last Walmart experience

Really growing tired of coming to this grocery store location only to have them not be stocked with essential items. Then I have to make the trip to another store when Walmart is supposed to be a one stop shop.

Looks like no one cares about your online order. You get the 'ready for pickup' message, drive there, and then they tell you it’s out of stock.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONALS. I called five time and every time almost 1 hour hold no one picked up. I experienced unprofessionalism and bad behaviour many times inside the store as well.
