If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered next day pickup photos on Feb 7th. They were then delayed for 2 weeks. I decided to go into the store and do the same-day kiosk photos. I have been attempting to get a refund through walmart photo centre customer service and it has been HORRIBLE. I have called over ten times over the past three weeks and everytime they say I will recieve an email from "the excecutive" team. Still have not recieved a single email after being promised one half-a-dozen times. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM HERE, I WOULD SUGGEST USING THE IN-PERSON KIOSKS! The fact I have to go through this much trouble for a small-refund is ridiculous.

There were no green onions and parsley in the store, there was a huge line at the checkout counters because most of them were closed

I came here to pick up photos that said they were ready for pickup. The guy at the counter had no idea what i was talking about. It's like he didn't even understand English. He was absolutely useless. He couldn't find my photos and proceeded to tell me they weren't here.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.Passport photo - the photo was not taken from straight ahead but instead from a lower angle - hence in the photo, I am looking upwards. Shame on you Wal-Mart and your staff. I get it, but your employees need to have a more common sense and more passion for the work they do. Never again will I step foot inside a location. Shame on you

Wish I could rate 0 stars. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The associates at this Walmart refused to help in any meaningful way when I contacted them about a fraudulent gift card they sold to me. Worst thing was, the store associates were nonchalant from the beginning and seemed to be insinuating I was lying about the card I purchased and kept trying to brush me off and trying to get me out of the store. I never got my money back or a replacement card, despite having proof that I purchased the card from the store and that it was not redeeming correctly, and returning to the store with the physical card. I even suggested that Walmart review their camera footage which they refused to do. I know now that Walmart does not have customers' best interests at heart. Stay away from this store and go elsewhere for your shopping needs!!

Extremely disorganized and they have no clue what they're doing. Took 3 people plus a manager 15 minutes to find my photos because they have orders just thrown in piles everywhere. They finally found them in the bottom of a drawer in a ripped package. Won't be ordering/delivering photos here again.

The WORST, you name they did it. You can not call the store no sept picks up!!!! Slow, slow staff, no idea what they are doing, can't find orders. HORRIBLE, go elsewhere
