Horrible. Being shopping there for almost 5 years. Customer service is useless. No intention to resolve the problem, just empty answers. The shirts become very expensive ($145 a shirt) and the quality has gone down. I won't be buying there any more, it is far from what it used to be. Very disappointing

Yass gurl, I love untucking after a long day of working. What a relief this store is! It's 2023, we shouldn't even be expected to tuck all the time!

Got my shirt today...totally wrinkled...but packaged nicely. Happy with the shirt disappointed with the customer service reflected in how the product was packaged.

The clerk was very helpful. He helped me find my fitting and was friendly. Small selection in the store. I would rather choose from a small selection that fits rather than waste time trying on many items in other stores that don’t fit.

Have put on some C19 weight ? and needed some new shirts. The two staff members were awesome. Found me the right size ... no easy feat ?... found shirts and even ordered me one for delivery. Just a great experience. The shirts are awesome

Today was my first time in the Untickit Yorkdale store. The staff was great. They explained everything to my wife and I, and we also arrived on a day when everything in the store was 30% off. The personal attention we received from Kyle was amazing. From offering use bottled water, to guiding us through all the products. I was very impressed at how the staff work as a team. No sooner did I let Kyle know of a skirt I wanted, and in seconds somebody brought my size out for the back. We will be back. Thanks Kyle.
