Such an amazing store and staff, their collection is amazing more so I was at the store during their annual sale and had to buy a decently priced chandelier but the lady who dealt with us helped us find what we exactly wanted in the price range. I have been to many stores but their customer dealing was exceptional.

I ordered a replacement glass shade for our outdoor chandelier in May 2022. I was told by Marla (the owner) it would take 2-4 weeks for the item to arrive. With several emails and phone calls inquiring on the status of the order it finally arrived in March of 2023 only to find out they would like to charge a $35.00 dollar delivery fee (for a $30.00 item).Universal Lighting has been disappointing to deal with. Several times I was told they would get back to me regarding the order status and I did not hear back. Regarding the delivery fee, I requested it be waived given it took 10 months for the item to arrive. I was told UL would get back to me within 48 hours, once again almost 3 weeks later no one contacted me.I realize a $30.00 dollar item is nothing to them but from a customer service point of view it is very disappointing to be treated this way.

I am delighted with the selection of lighting that Marla Young assisted my husband and myself with for our new home build.
