I recently visited Tyre Plus for a wheel alignment and was blown away by the experience. Remy runs a beautiful shop with an incredible team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. Remy did a fantastic job on my car, quick and precise. His team is friendly and professional, making sure I understood everything. Don't buy anything from them. They are an untrustworthy company.Last year (2022) I bought a set of new Winter King brand winter tires from them. However, after 6 months, cracks appeared on the tips of 4 tires, so they were unusable and I had my all-season tires installed.They told me that they would contact the factory (or supplier) for a warranty and give me information.They did not call during the summer season, I went to the tire shop again a few months later to ask about the result. This time the person there said he had no knowledge about the subject and that he needed to see the tires.I showed the photos I had taken before and First, he said that the cracks on the tires were made with a knife, I objected, and I took the tires to the tire company, he checked them and this time he said that these cracks were formed because I used the tires with low air pressure. I told him that I had been a driver for 32 years.I told him that my vehicle was a new model and that if the tire air pressure was low, the sensors would give a warning on the screen. He said that the tires should remain, so I left them there. I called twice within a month and the same person told me that there was no response from the supplier yet.During this period, they never got back to me. When I called again today, the supplier said that they did not accept the front tires under warranty because the tires were used (only one season) and that they could accept 20% of the rear tires under warranty. I thought they were kidding and rejected their offer. I hung up the phone.Then I left a negative review on their website and soon received a phone call from an unknown number. The caller said my name and said he was calling from a tire factory in Montreal. I asked why he was calling from an unknown number and he told me it was not a problem. I told him that this was a problem and that he should call with his own number, and then no one called me.
